Excellent Customer Service
Matt explained to me some settings on the NIBE machine that I was unsure of, he had patience and showed me everything in detail. He also gave me advice on the radiators upstairs and carried out the whole job in a professional and friendly way.

Unipipe were good. Delivery of c. €400 product was left on the road even though we gave both our numbers to call in case we were out.

Top Class service
Not for the first time Unipipe have been superb. Phoned with an issue on my heat pump a technician listened, asked a few questions and gave an informed opinion on what may be the issue (which turned out to be correct) I booked the call out the technician arrived at 9 the next morning fixed the heat pump gave some tips for more efficient running. He closed the call and the next day my invoice was forwarded and paid. This is how all service should be efficient & knowledgeable. Well done Unipipe.

Five star customer service
Hi, Iam a customer of Unipipe for the last 21 years. In the last week I had to order spare parts. I dealt with Robert in Sales. He was five star all the way. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I was treated as if I was the only customer. Very rare these days. Customer service was excellent. My order was received by me in a couple of days. I was very happy to see that Unipipe Customer Service was still of a very high standard.
