Professional service
As always am very satisfied with the service. What stands out is the professionalism of both your technician and how my order was managed. While it took a few weeks for a technician to come out to complete the annual service, I did not feel that I needed to follow-up as I knew Unipipe would get the job done.

I recently moved into a house with a Nibe air to heat pump system. I've never had any experience with these and the system hadn't been serviced for a while. Jack was the engineer who called out and I couldn't have met a more friendlier person. Not only did he do a professional job checking over the system but also took the time to guide me through how everything works. If you have a Nibe system, look no further than Unipipe. They are the best.

Im an electrician and Ive wired up heat pumps over the years, but nobody ever explained it to me as well as he did, and he also kept it simple enough that most people would understand, because in my experience, not many heat pump owners really know how the actually work.

Top job, engineer worked away him self
And made new changes to the small water pump that was on all time. Now the heat pump only comes on when it’s needed
