Fantastic Service - my unit started displaying faults and stopped working on May bank holiday weekend I asked for advice on Facebook as it was a Sunday and was directly contacted by Paul in Unipipe he was extremely helpful and tried to assist me over the phone we ran through all options and possible fixes didn’t get it fixed but what fantastic service to be able to speak to someone directly on a weekend - I have had Shane and Jason out for servicing in the past and the lads are great 😊

The service technician Jack telephoned me in advance and was on time. He was friendly and efficient and answered my queries fully and in a comprehensive way. He carried out his work in without fuss and if my experience is anything to go by he is a very good employee. payment was simple and efficient and overall I was happy with the service

I had a problem with my heat pump and called their technical support where I was put onto Matt. He couldn't do enough to help me, talked me through every step, rang me afterword hours to see if all was OK, rang the contractor to liase with me. I never encountered such a helpful person. He genuinely cares and really engaged with me to fix the problem. He is a gentleman and a credit to the company

Engineer arrived as per agreement with office, was knowledgeable and professional.

I called Unipipe looking for help with my NIBE heat pump, which was malfunctioning resulting in the indoor temperature rising to 24 degree and my electricity usage rocketing. Liam at Unipipe answered my call and put his Technical expert colleague Shane in phone contact with me. Shane called me very quickly and spent approximately 45 minutes going through a wide range of checks on my system. He identified the likely problem as a leaking valve and advised me how to close off the underfloor heating to test if it was the cause. Very quickly I could confirm that the valve was the problem, and since then my indoor temperature has dropped 4 degrees down to a comfortable 20 degrees. My electricity usage has plummeted back down t a normal level. A plumber is booked and will come to replace the valve in the very near future.
I would describe the customer service that i received from Unipipe as Platinum level service. Thanks Unipipe, and a special thanks to Shane and to Liam for putting Shane in contact with me.
