Needed a service completed quickly due to an issue with hot water. Unipipe were able to get an engineer out promptly. The engineer was great at explaining the problem and fixed the issue.

The service guys were very helpful on the phone to get a problem fixed with the heat pump. They sent me out extra circuit cards to help find the issue & took the cards back that I did not need & give me a full refund. Thanks very much

Unipipe have always looked after us
Unipipe have always looked after us. Their response is always timely and they will try to talk you through fixing the issue remotely first to get the heat or hot water working and then they are out within a day or 2. The continuity of staff is very reassuring. They get to know you and your heating system.

This is the first time we got system serviced. Engineer was friendly, helpful and his attention to detail was excellent. His knowledge of the system was amazing. He was also the engineer on site when we got system installed and we were delighted he came back to do the service
