Great store, great staff…
After moving we purchased our upstairs carpets from the Alfreton store. We were met with polite, friendly, no nonsense advice. Fast delivery and a great team to lay the flooring. We have since be back twice. One for carpet downstairs and Lino to the en-suites. They have always worked with us on dates and times for fitting. Would highly recommend

There is bumps under the carpet the…
There is bumps under the carpet the size of a coin, quite annoying to step on its like they didn't check before laying it, its really ruined the finish especially as its on the stairs and landing so walked on alot. All the debris and off cuts were left with no attempt to organise or tidy and we wasnt told this wouldnt be cleared. The fitters themselves were really lovely and polite just a shame about the finish.

Nails have come up out the boards and…
Nails have come up out the boards and nearly gone through vinyl doors wasn't corrected waiting for sam to come back out and that hasn't happened and I messaged and rang and nothing. I won't be going back to United carpets at all. And I haven't had it a month yet complete waste of my money and fitting fee was 1,300 so you'd expect to be able to open doors after they fitted and nails not to come up after a few weeks.
