All the staff we dealt with at the Rotherham branch were friendly, helpful and obliging, the fitter did an excellent job. Would use them again next time we need new carpets. Very happy with the quality of our carpet.

Not happy
Showroom staff are very friendly and helpful however the intallers not as good. I ordered about £2k of both laminate flooring and carpet the price included fitting and uplift of existing flooring. Laminate fitters were not really helpful nor willing to lift a finger kept complaining about the floor and they cant do this and cant do that. Actual installation was average. Carpet fitters were not any better. They messed up the runner on the stairs, carpet on the landing is loose and has ripples. They also slashed the binding on one side and did not fix it. They did not clean or hoover the place after the job like other fitter I had. They are not any cheaper than SCS for example and so I will not order again from them.

Unhappy with quality of flooring every…
Unhappy with quality of flooring every pack had around 3 chipped laminate slats and it isn’t cheap had to waste around 3 packs luckily there was enough to make up for it but it wasn’t just the odd slat it was a big massive chip
