Was looking for a car to fit three car seats. Had popped into Balsall Common but not been impressed with the service so went to Coventry Pilot Park, couldn’t have asked for a more different experience. Met with Mo nothing was too much trouble. Was able to try car seats, really long test drive, no pressure to buy. Talked through all the details of the car in full. So different from any other car experience I’ve had.
So far really pleased with the MG HS.

I bought a Subaru Outback from Unity Tredington and the service was super. No hard sell; plenty of time to test drive (even with my dogs to seeing they'd fit in the boot!); very accommodating in terms of an after work pick up and a generally super friendly experience.

In passing Unity Garage a couple of weeks ago, spotted my Dream car on the forecourt. Richard was very very helpful in dealing with the cash sale for me. I would recommend Unity in future with an excellent service second to none! I was made very welcome by all the staff there. Well done!

Richard Teakle from Unity Tredington was extremely helpful, selling me a second hand Subaru Forester and part exchanging my old car.
Their photos of the car and the online guided tour were useful and Richard was particularly kind and considerate doing the transfer paperwork and making sure I was happy with the new car.

Spur of the moment event after meeting Danny at the Moreton-In-Marsh Show, went to meet Richard at the Showroom. A week later and we are proud owners of a Subaru. A seamless experience and would recommend Unity to anyone.

Five star service from start to finish! Richard and his team looked after us from the moment we arrived after a long drive from Manchester. The car was immaculately presented and the transaction process quick & efficient. We has a minor issue when we arrived home, we were told to book the car into the nearest approved garage, and Richard settled the cost within a few days. I couldn’t recommend Unity and Richard enough!

I visited the MG Coventry dealership yesterday to view my absolute dream car! I was greeted by Mick Chance. Mike gave me the most amazing experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful but I have never been so at ease in my life! All the staff in the dealership were lovely and helpful however would like to say a massive thank you to Mike!

Purchased a car from unity Tredington, right from the start Richard was brilliant, didn't press us as we were looking around the vehicle's, he helped us decide on the best car for our needs, very informative, kept us up-to-date with the whole process going forward, rang everyday to tell us what the next phase was, the only condition on picking the car up when it was ready was that we had to take our dog with us so he could meet her, impeccable service and aftercare too, well done Richard and all the team at Tredington shipston

I bought a used vehicle from Unity at Shipston-on-Stour in July 2022. Richard dealt with my initial inquiry and could not have been more helpful throughout the process. All verbal and written communication with Richard prior to, during and after the purchase was prompt, informative, and clear. Richard was able to provide a flexible service that accommodated my needs in terms of viewing and collecting the vehicle. The vehicle itself was immaculately presented on collection too. I’ve just picked up my Abarth after having a major service and it’s cambelt replaced at Unity in Kidlington and must say what a great experience it was, from the moment my car was booked in Tom and the service team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, I was kept up to date with all the work that was carried out, communication was excellent, I’ve been dealing with Unity for a couple of years now and nothing ever seems too much when you ask them questions.
I can’t thank Tom and the service team at Unity enough.
I’ll be back soon when it’s due it’s next service. 👍

Called Leicester branch with an enquiry to buy a part, was told they would call me back that day or next day. 2 days later I called Coventry branch with same order, the guy wanted to tell me how my previous garage was incompetent (news? Why did he think I was ringing him myself?). Part needed to be ordered from Netherlands… he evaded the question twice that if I paid for it and it never showed up, at what point would they refund, after the 15 days, month? Etc. When I asked the question again he told me I was being rude! Decided to bite the bullet and asked him to order the part and could I give him my card details but he wanted to continue telling me why I had problems with my previous garage so I ended the call. Clearly does not want the business and would rather bad mouth other people!

Very happy customer. Richard at Tredington really great to deal with, made everything very easy from finding the right car to driving it away. Thanks so much!
