Horrible experience !!!
I have been customer to Vodafone since last 1 year. since last few weeks i have been having issue with internet service. Vodafone is operated by unity media. I have called following phone no 022146619098 , 08002030344, 08007733199 : all this no. was given by operators one after one and no one gave me correct contact. i have sent emails, not even one response in 3 weeks ! what way is this to treat you customer ? I request all of you please dont choose Vodafone service , even if they offer you for free ! once you have issues they will not help you.

Since some time it is so extremely bad! it can easily go down for a long time, in the easiest cases restarting of the modem (~5 minute) can help, but only sometimes. Piece of dog's excrements!
How to not do business
They dont delivered the speeds they promise.
They delivered croocked speed Tests (had the technician confirm this).
They refuse to adjust or cancel the contract.
And then, without communicating anything, they decide to cancel the contract after all. Worst company ever!

all was good unitl vodafone merged with it... horoble customer service they have no respect to theyr customers if you have problem with internet they just tell you thats its all on your side... if you going to terminate contract with them you can call to your advocate right after it couse they will find how to make problems to you owfull company... NEVER EVER.... I regret even making few years contract with them... Low quality internet, non stop problems, horroble service... that what you get from unitymedia+vodafone.... If they were only one company for internet in whole wold i better live without internet....
Missed delivery and that's it
I went through the reviews, even german speakers have problem, but for me I am a non-german speaker. So many times I've called, emailed, facebook chat, I am still stuck.
My router was sent via DHL, and I was not in to receive. Then now nobody knows where it is. Best part is, there's no customer number given via email. They can't track because of this. So it is going around circles. Signing up and submitting a contract was so easy (cos they will get the cash) but to solve such a simple delivery issue, NO HELP at all.

Internet quality is just awful. Internet disappears every (!!!) day in the morning and in the evening for 1-2 hours. To make matters worse, during the day throws us away from the network numerous times! How can this be????
The best connection we get is 1/10 of what is claimed in our contract...
Called the Techniker, he said it is the problem in the area, the network is overloaded and they can do NOTHING about it. Now we want to do Kundigung, but it is of course also a challenge! They will keep charging you for nothing and don't let you do the Kundigung.
My herizon box is not working
My herizon box is not working, I called Unity Media and put in a ticket two days ago. They erroneously canceled the ticket. I called again today and they put in another ticket with contact maybe in two days. My contract ends in 2022, their customer support is horrible. They take the money each month on time but getting them to get off of their asses to fix something is impossible.

For almost half a year the Internet has been down at my place. After calling the customer service multiple times and being told that the problem lies with our router devices, the electrician told us that that was not the problem at all. Would give 0 if possible. Service is really bad and complicated. Even if you LEAVE THE country (Germany in my case), they will only cancel your contract 4 MONTHS after you have left. Unbelivable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
A very RUDE customer service ever!
I've been a Unitymedia customer since 2013 and had to cancel my membership due to my move. Of course, they still charge me 3 months after my move eventhough I don't live in that address anymore. I called the customer service today to make sure the bill I received for this month is the last one (cause I'm sick of seeing them sucking my money!) and the man on the phone was unbelievably RUDE that he asked me if I was seriously asking him about that. He said I should've known by myself that I have cancelled and when the expiry date is. I told him that's a very inappropriate answer as a customer service and he was so mad that he's the one who ended up the call!
Unfortunately, the conversation was not recorded, as I chose to at the beginning of my call. But I know for next time I will always choose to record my conversation as proof. I really hope bad karma happens to that man as well as to Unitymedia and its associate for being such heartless money suckers!

Now that everyone is complaining and giving out bad ratings, do you think it really helps when you refer to the company as Unitymedia?
You know that Vodafone acquired Unitymedia and it's no longer the same thing you're referring to?
While the name Unitymedia gets all the bashing and blame, Vodafone is the one actually running the entire company, it's not separate in any way. So this way our complains wouldn't cause any threat to their scam model basically.

Please clearly check the offers! it seems the total calculated money for each month , is not the real money you going to pay in the end! Please check!
