when you ring no one replys when you email no one replys for days and when thay do they are insulting this has to be the worst firm ever delt with the book thay sent was dirty and had pages missing you may save £1-£2 but you are better off buying at amazon were thay are about the same price they send you insulting messages from a ipad belive me what you are saveing maybe a £1 you are better off at amazon at least thay replacegoods if you are not happy ub keys are really bad at every think

Not very happy with this company. Took my order and money left my account. Three weeks later and I have not received a thing. Emailed them last week, no response received. Luckly I paid with paypal, as such I will now raise a dispute with paypal and attempt to get my money back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I had a problem with a key broken in a cylinder lock. I googled solutions and spent a while with a paperclip but no luck. I then googled 'key removers' and got this company. I received their key removing tools within 48 hours and removed the key in 10 seconds. Great product and a good variety of tools for future use! recommend them without reservation.

I have bought several lock picks and other tools from this company and they are second to none. Not only do they not charge postage on most of their items the item can be with you the next day on occasions. Great company!

I am still waiting for my order from 6 mths ago.!!! I ordered a set of keys, was messed around with the order, complained. Had an e mail from them saying they were sorry, they credited my account and said they would send a set of keys for free. Not got anything as yet and its going on 7 mths now.!!!!!!!!

I have found this website to be excellent. I only stumbled upon it by chance and ordered a set of bump keys. They were very goog and they came the next day. Lock picking or bumping is not an easy hobby to learn but it is very enjoyable!

I bought my item from their website after looking at other websites. The item I bought was much better value. Postage was reasonable and delivery was swift.

it's funny that I received this "rate us" email today becasue I just go done reading an email from paypal about trying to get a refund. I ordered two items on Dec 30 2011 and still have not seen them yet (today is March 9 2012). After I contacted the seller they told me that they know they sent them but had no shipping info. After asking for another item to be sent, and then a few weeks later for a refund, there was never a reply. over the past two months I could only get the seller to reply twice with not much help.
