If I could give higher rating I would. From day one I have used the Unknown Collector and the service has always been superb. Russ has gone way above and beyond to get me products and keep me informed on the progress of orders etc. The delivery is always spot on and everything is sent out securely.

I've had nothing but fantastic customer service from Unknown Collector! Placed multiple orders which have always been well packaged and dispatched quickly (other than distributor delays, but even with those I was kept updated regularly!). Would thoroughly recommend for any TCG collector to purchase through Unknown Collector :)

A shop with collectors at heart
I like to have a personal touch when buying things. Its always nice when the customer service feels like it is tailored to you as an individual. This is true in TCG, and definitely true in the case of unknown collector!!
He cannot do enough for you as a customer. Having a shop set up by a collector, it will always put fellow collectors first in the service they provide!!
I had to pick up a poorly child early one morning. I asked if it was possible he had a booster box in; he did, and as he was local enough, happy for me to collect that day as well!! Made me child feel a bit better too bringing it out for him!!
I cannot recommend this shop enough. Run by a great man!!
