I must say this was a gamble on my behalf as there are lots of websites promising to deliver but don't but unlocksamsungonline definitely do deliver! I was confident that by doing a transaction via paypal that I was covered if anything did go wrong ( which it didn't!) Was going round in circles trying to unlock and defreeze my phone., especially as samsung seem to have made it impossible for any lay person to unlock and defreeze the phone. Best money I've spent on my phone, especially as service providers charge the same if not more for only one of the codes! With this site you get all the codes to make your phone usable again. Further to this codes with me in the space of an hour. Would use again and would recommend. Very happy! Day made- saved me from tears! Thank you. The only ting I would say is that if the code does not appear to work, usually you need to enter the # key for it to register ( this instruction was a little difficult to figure out) but overall a happy chappy.

A bit of what happened with me:

Would recommend to stay away from this company, when searching for a specific model I searched with exact model number.
