Bad costumer service!
We had a bad experience with our last upholstery extractor machine. The equipment broke down while we were working (only 5 months of use), we sent it for technical assistance that UNO Clean itself recommended. They accused us of improper use (we have 2 other machines. We know how to use them), they are charging us a fortune to fix them. uno clean preferred to believe the coach who made a wrong assessment. We will lose the money we paid. The value of the machine was over $500.00.

Thank you for your review, the warranty for any of these types of products are through the manufacturer. When the machine was taken to the service center it was determined that the heater was damaged due to it being run without water. Per the manufacturer the warranty covers parts that manufacturers defect only. We are simply a distributor and not the manufacturer of this item. The manufacturer will be reaching out to you once again.
