As an online store owner I have struggled in the past with hiring marketing managers that would not last long or have the expertise on all digital marketing channels until a friend recommended Upbeat.
They have helped to redesign my shopify store, created relevant and engaging copy, product shots and video shootings to create great media for our ads. They have an specialist on each of the main channels such as Facebook/Instagram, Google, Pinterest etc. Highly recommended.

Upbeat are one of the few agencies around that focus predominantly on ecommerce. Jordan has set up a fantastic group of people that are all specialised in helping any ecommerce business succeed.
I have had the pleasure of working with most of their team and I can honestly say that they are the most talented and enthusiastic group of people I have ever worked with. Attentive, communicative, courteous, knowledgeable and insightful.

Upbeat agency helped us grow as a business in our early years. They guided us through the tricky path that is social media marketing. The team are great and are switched on to social.

After being burned once by an agency (there are a few who promise the stars and deliver the jellyfish) I'm thrilled at what Upbeat had achieved.
Since joining with them we've experienced a notable lift in our sales. I think it's easy to get sucked into the specific analytics of it all, but from a top level perspective our turnover has adjusted considerably and the only change is the introduction of Upbeat and FB advertising as a marketing option.
They've been receptive to comments regarding communication - I am not the most savvy when it comes to understanding the dashboard and Jacob has been wonderful at 'handholding' me through understanding it all. To me they're the experts, I don't profess to know more than them, so I want the information translated to me in a way that I understand. They've done this superbly. We've had weekly telephone chats, and then he's followed up our calls with outlines of what we're going to do, assigning responsibilities to the tasks. He's taken my comment of wanting a little more than simple analytic feedback from the ads and together we've built a very confident structure for how we're going to approach the ad structure over this year.
My business has a very strong heart and I was hesitant of joining with Upbeat for fear that adverts would appear to sales-y. They've done incredibly well adjusting to my brand and the requirements I have to make sure creative is interesting, engaging and heartfelt. I'll never forget Jacob's suggestion of a poll ad, it was GENIUS!
I do believe it's important to see Upbeat as an extension of your team and to treat them with the same respect as you would a staff member. Appreciate their expertise and work with them to find ways to deliver ads in an exciting way. I would never sign up and walk away and expect instant results. I know my brand better than anyone and we've spent the first couple of months really bringing them on board and it's wonderful to see them get excited about what we do.

I'ver personally worked with Jordan and his time for a number of years. The first thing you notice about their work is the results. It's astonishing the ROAS they have achieved for a number of my clients over the years.

Jordan and the Upbeat team have been pivotal to my business over the last year. I joined up with them early 2018 and they were able to promptly sell out our online store. I recently got a much larger re-stock the end of last year and they’re on track to do the same with this set. I’m busy trying to keep up!

Apart from the odd hiccup here and there (as expected with FB ads as the creative goes stale) they’ve been able to consistently bring in the sales and scale them up. All at a reasonable and consistent CPA.

My account managers have always been on hand to help with the campaigns, either through email or to jump on a call when necessary. They're easy to work with.

Once I give them the assets they need, I don’t have to think about our ads, my account managers take care of the rest. It’s a peace of mind which allows me to take care of the other areas in my business I prefer and am better at.
