I was gifted a monitor & it works great until you plug in the hdmi to play or watch anything. The person that gifted it to me doesn’t have a receipt & they lived miles & miles away from me. I contacted customer service & they will not honor a warranty even if I give them the serial number & all that! Just beware they have loopholes in order to get out of their warranty.

Amazing 16' 4K OLED monitor for mobile office. Bright colors and good contrast. To flaws: not all in one USB-C cable (need two USB-C cables) and I prefer a monitor without the built-in battery but it's not in the product list.

Over all the price and quality are excellent but delivery time is very slow I ordered a touch screen in 15th of December and when I asked about the shipment date they told me end of January

Overall the price of the items are good if it is discounted. Customer service is responding promptly.

I recently had an issue with my UPERFECT monitor, which unfortunately got damaged while traveling. As a digital nomad, my situation was quite complicated since I’m constantly on the move. Despite these challenges, the UPERFECT support team went above and beyond to help me. They replaced my monitor quickly (while I was in Thailand!) and even made exceptions to accommodate my circumstances. Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing—responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. I’m truly impressed by the quality of both their products and their support. Highly recommend UPERFECT!

I am highly impressed with this monitor and the experience it provides. The functionality of the stacked dual screens is significantly more effective than the widescreen monitor I previously used. Additionally, its portability is incredibly convenient, and it fits perfectly in my laptop backpack, making it easy to carry and set up wherever I need it. This monitor is simply outstanding.

So I bought the ugame k118 portable monitor and about 4 months the screen started to turn on and off. I was playing cod when the screen turned off. I could hear audio but no picture was coming. I reached out to uperfect and was greeted with annie who was fast and responsive. They offered to replace it for me. Everything was going 100% well until when I shipped the monitor they stopped responding me. After sending them a screenshot like they asked for, still no answer. The chat support says back online at 8:30pm. I decided to make a new account and reach out to customer support during the day. Right away I got a response from annie recommending me about the monitors. Then I confronted her saying I made a new account to reach out to you guys and then she never replied. Waste of time and waste of money.

I've put a lot of customer service to the test. These guys were 5 star. First they actually answered my question. Perfectly. They gave me a customized recommendation based on specific criteria I sent them. I have never received this kind of service. Thank you!

Annie, was very responsive and tried to give the best possible support. In the end, with her help and a little luck, I found the way to solve the problem. Anyway, I really appreciated that she didn't give up on helping me find a solution to my problem. Other companies might have already given up ... So, thumbs up!

Perfect screen with high specs: 2K - 18" - 144 Hz.

The first one I ordered had a stuck pixel (which is normal to happen). I contacted the support and they were highly responsive and replaced it with a new one rapidly.

I am totally satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience.

I ordered their UGame C2 Pro, 16" 2K monitor, it came and I tried to turn it on but nothing, I thought maybe the battery was not charged, "charged" it for 30 minutes and still nothing, but apparently the speakers worked which baffled me, turned out the screen was not even turning on, I was almost in tears, I have reached out to their "support" email (any business worth their salt should have a number, which I find a bit suspicious), no reasonable outcome as of yet.

Although the waiting time to receive assistance was longer than I consider reasonable, when I was actually seen, everything was very quick and smooth.

I got a response from AI Bot, but not exactly the answer I was after. Soon after, their support team answered my question promptly.

uperfect 22 inch umax 22 works very well, esp for cases where there is no power, e. g. at a cafe. u can even plug a power bank to power the uperfect monitor. I have photos of my review but Trust Pilot didn't allow upload of photos of my set up. thank you uperfect!
