I'm still trying to figure out how…

I'm still trying to figure out how their oled panels are. I couldn't find much info, but their customer support did tell me it covered in warranty. However, couple of people had issue with getting replacements for warranty due to their production(?) is from China even tho it says their company is located in U.S on their website

Unclear Product Page and frustrating returns. Avoid.

Monitor listing was unclear and inaccurate, with the name of the product, and the documentation that arrived with the product both listing incorrect specifications. Once I received the product and realized it was not what I was expecting, the return process has been deliberately frustrating and cumbersome. It is clear that they are intentionally making the process annoying to incentivize NOT returning the product. Knowing this, I will be taking efforts to avoid this company in the future.

Very quick response from customer service: my concern was resolved to my complete satisfaction by customer care service. My request was given a prompt automated response from an AI, followed by a personalised e-mail from an employee with a corresponding solution within a few hours. Very satisfied

I ordered the upcoming O2 monitor and realized it may be small for my need. Requested to cancel the order and they responded super quick. I am so happy with their service that when I need a new monitor I definitely buy from uperfect

Freesync does not work. False advertising.

I bought this freesync monitor to be able to sync with my Rog Ally X.
Freesync does NOT work, it's false advertising.
Do NOT buy this 'freesync' monitor if you're looking for freesync devices .

Good monitor tho, but no freesync.
I did get a partial refund so I did an edit on my review.

Pre purchase assistance

I had some issue with the pricing on cart and I decided to give feedback to customer service. I was disappointed but the customer service was kind and even if haven’t bought nothing they take care of the issue. This has changed my mind on the overall brand. In positive.

great support!

I had an issue with a monitor I purchased 1.5 years ago. It was quickly covered under warranty and the support was excellent. They were prompt to ship the replacement and even shipped it within the time frame I had while traveling. Absolutely fantastic work!

I highly recommend the original monitor and the replacement - which was an upgrade to the old one!

I bought a Delta Max 18.5" Folding…

I bought a Delta Max 18.5" Folding screen direct from Uperfect in China, took a bit longer than estimated to reach the UK but it arrived perfectly packaged and I didn't need to pay any import duties.
I work in CAD and the screen is great for organising the different programmes that I have running whilst working in the 3D Model.
I have it plugged into mains power via the provided usb adaptor and originally directly to my laptop and now through a docking station.
The screen works best for me when it is set to sequence mode (acts as one screen) I have dragged the programmes one to the top and one to the bottom screen and manually stretched them to fit the area.
When I try to use the expansion setting where the Laptop sees two separate monitors I get a problem and the monitor keeps switching back and forth to the laptop screen, Contacted the help desk and they think that this is due to the laptop Graphics card not up to the task as I am also running a desktop monitor as well, so I realised if set it to expansion mode the laptop only detects one monitor and I can organise what goes on them which it remembers when I reboot the laptop.
So now I have the Laptop, desktop and the two Delta monitors all going at the same time which is great.
I would be interested to see if I could replace the desktop monitor with another delta max in sequence mode which would give me 5 monitors and a great portable solution.

Delayed Pre-Order but they gave compensation

I've Pre-Ordered 18" Delta Pro Touch Max in Indiegogo 2 months ago and counting. due to hiccups in production Uperfect compensate me a free bag and ask me to get delta pro touch while waiting for delta pro touch max. Even though they have shortcomings in their promises they're customer service is top notch!

I bought a touch screen 18 inch

I bought a touch screen 18 inch, at the beginning I was connecting this screen to my laptop through usb but I have noticed that the screen was blinking multi times during playing a video on both Laptop and screen, the mode was not extended but duplicated view on windows. Later, I connected the portable screen to stand power alone using the power plug that it came with it in the box and then got stable.I liked the screen but I still prefer the matte screen over it so I am thinking to look for matte screen and I wish if I can find 22 inch, 4K powered by both battery and usb, it would be amazing.
