I purchased a UGame K118 - 18 Inch 2K FreeSync Monitor 144Hz a few months back and I’m extremely satisfied with it. The screen arrived well packaged and comes with all the necessary accessories. Having used the monitor extensively in recent weeks, I can confirm that it is a high-quality and durable product. I reached out to support twice and received prompt and thorough responses (from a bot, though).

Five Star Reviews on Amazon are Paid For
I received a defective monitor and wrote a bad review. I was offered another monitor for free if I (a) removed the bad review, (b) purchased a different monitor, and (c) left a positive 5-star review of the new monitor. "Free" turns out to be a refund via PayPal, but you have to trust that they'll send it.
It appears that quite a few people will sell their integrity for a cheap monitor. Not me.

Don’t waste your money with them
I've been waiting for delivery for about a month . The product arrived defective , the seller is trying to resolve the issue with a partial refund with an amount that will not cover the repair of a defective product + the condition to change the review to 5 stars. I have never met a worse customer service than these guys, they definitely do not deserve your money and nerves
Very pleased with buying experience
Very pleased with my recent customer service experience with Uperfect. I was interested in their latest 22-inch portable monitor, but since I want to use it for travel, I didn't want to purchase it without a case, so I got in touch with them. A representative replied to me quickly that they just released a case for this model, so I ordered both directly from their site.
Afterwards I realized I missed out on their Back to School deal: buy a monitor and accessory and get a second (equal or lesser value) accessory free. I got back to them, and the same representative let me add the bonus accessory a few days after the fact. They didn't need to do this, since it was purely my mistake in the first place, but they did it anyway. On top of everything, I received the monitor yesterday and it is excellent. Great customer service experience all around.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Despite what their website states, they will not honor their 30 day risk free trial. I received an RMA on July 9, 2024 that stated I would get a follow up email in three to five days with return instructions. Instead I keep getting troubleshooting emails so I can “keep the monitor”… that I no longer want. Every time I ask for the return instructions I get ignored. As of July 16, 2024 I have yet to receive the return instructions despite asking several times via email.

18 inch 2k 144hz Freesync
The monitor is great, the workmanship is high quality and the accessories are extensive. No dead pixels, no backlight bleeding. The colors and the 2K resolution ensure fantastic images and that's just fun. However, Freesync doesn't work on my monitor and support couldn't help me either. However, they offered me a discount if I kept the monitor anyway. I accepted that. Although Freesync is very important to me. However, the support is extremely helpful. I would order there again.
Don't buy from them
I would advise against purchasing from this company. I invested in their most expensive triple portable monitors, but one of them arrived non-functional. I reached out to their support team, who requested a video demonstrating the problem. After I sent the video, they completely stopped responding to my follow-ups and chat messages.
Their behavior is highly unprofessional and, frankly, feels like a scam.

Disappointed with Uperfect's Customer Service and Warranty Support
I am deeply disappointed with the experience I've had with Uperfect. I purchased a monitor during the Black Friday sale, drawn in by its impressive features and the promise of a 2-year worldwide warranty. However, after less than 4 months of use, the monitor began experiencing significant issues, with the screen flickering intermittently.
Upon contacting customer support, I was initially informed that the issue was a matter of quality and could be addressed under warranty. However, this was just the beginning of my troubles.
Despite the 2-year warranty, I have been struggling for over two months to resolve the problem. They offered the option of sending the monitor back to China for repairs, but the shipping cost was nearly as much as the initial purchase price of the monitor. Additionally, I specifically chose a marketplace recommended on their official website, which had the product available in my country, in the hope of expedited warranty-related assistance. However, despite pleading with them to honor the terms of the warranty and provide me with the necessary replacement part, I have not had any success.
In addition, they have attempted to entice me with discounts on a new monitor, but this does not resolve the fact that they are failing to fulfill their warranty obligations.
Overall, while the specs and price may seem appealing, my experience with Uperfect's customer service and warranty support has been disappointing, to say the least.
I hope this feedback serves as a cautionary note for others considering purchasing from Uperfect.
They are literally scammers
So i decided to buy an amazing monitor that is 200 USD, it is qled/500nits/dci-p3. With current discount seemed to be a great option.
But they contacted saying it is out of stock, offering a more expensive but worse alternative that is srgb and only 250nits ...
After asking when the QLED will be in stock, they said that "We do not produce it anymore". However they still sell it on their website!
Dirty business luring people with products the do not produce and then upselling with worse alternative, big disappointment...

I researched like crazy for this purchase, The product reviews were outstanding. The product was outstanding until one day it wasn’t, and that is when the fun began. In good faith, when the first monitor failed, I order a replacement and took up a promotion for a second at a discount. They later contacted me to tell me that they were out of stock, so I ordered the same product I had. They never refunded the original order until I chased them months later, they asked me to send back the original, and have never replaced that one. I spend week after week chasing. Such a shame, I recommended them to a dozen people, I can’t anymore.

Ordered a 17 inch portable monitor and received it within reasonable time. So no complaints.

They make some cool monitors but I had nothing but problems and that's with one of there most expensive displays! The first display arrived a few days before Christmas the outside box was in perfect condition but the inside box was clearly ripped and the display was defective, there customer service kept trying to say it wasn't used and that it had happened during shipping but that's garbage the outside box was in PERFECT condition..
Anyway second display arrived open box as usual but the display worked well kinda worked, came on but would turn itself on and off at random like the display would just go black then come back on or flickering on/off and displaying the hdmi logo! Anyway I decided to try another 1080p version via Amazon and it works ok still flicking on odd occasions but it's ok, it was when trying to return the 2k display the fun of games began.. First you are offered a discount for the problems caused but you say no thank you I just purchased a replacement and id just like a refund and they say ok what about a bigger discount you say no thank you I just want a return label and a refund..
Well it only took them 12hrs to arrange a replacement before like the exchange but 5 days later still no return label just emails saying sorry it's taken this long or you get an email saying here is your label and there is no label so you email them again and you get the old sorry my mistake here's your label.. I think as long as things are going there way they are helpful but the moment you say NO I want a refund it's when things get unpleasant, another example they ask you to send them the return tracking number so I did and they replied thanks for the update but PLEASE DON'T EMAIL US AGAIN UNTILL AFTER THE DISPLAY HAS ARRIVED!! How's about you just sort out my refund instead of playing games like I forgot your label...
I'm genuinely shocked but lucky for me I can warn others before they buy thanks to Trustpilot, Google reviews and Amazon reviews.. I hope I just had a bad experience but it's given us something to talk about on YouTube and hopefully your experience is better than mine, personally I not be buying there products again just because of what's happened and I may even return the 1080p display just because I REALLY don't want to deal with them in the future!!
