Solid selection of products, fair prices, and fast shipping.

I had 3 orders which uplay, after several requests from my side, wasn't able to deliver due to no stock. I never got proactive feedback on the status but had to ask several times via e-mail to get an update. Now I cancelled all orders but did not get my money back (~100 EUR). I again asked several times for the status but did not get any answer. I hope they will answer soon and send the money back or I need to take legal measures :(
If the company is willing to solve this soon, I may edit this review for the positive.
Update: 21.02. Finally the refunds came (without any comment but hanks anyway). So going from 1 to 3 stars, for more the service was too bad, sorry.

Ordering from the site was quick and easy. Using the UPS option for shipping was close in price to the standard option, but delivered from Italy to the US in only 2 days.

Item was brand new and exactly as displayed on the site. Great buying experience.

I placed an order on 3 December 2023 which was promptly received by the company and duly paid for. To this day, I have not received any of the items I ordered or a reply to the two emails I sent to find out what was going on.

I've just received news about one of the products I ordered, although I still don't know when I'll receive it. Anyway, I was very pleased to have some information.

I need to do this update because after the initial difficulties, everything has been resolved. I've already received my games!

Good value with the lowest price I could find. Delivery was also fast. But the board game did arrive with damage to the box which is disappointing. I would try them again and hope it's a one off.

Same thing happened to me as to other 1* reviewers. I've ordered a game from them on 24 Jul 2023, that supposedly ships in 2/5 days . I've been waiting for months for it and only got updates from customer support when I've messaged them, always saying that it will be shipped in 1 or 2 weeks and that the suppliers aren't keeping shipping deadlines. Finally on 2023-11-13 it was "shipped" but no update on the tracking number since then and they don't respond to any of my messages, I've tried every form or email provided by them. Better stay away !

Ordered in September. Got a confirmation right away but the order never arrived. In November they finally tell me that the product doesn't exist in their warehouse. I get promised a refund. It us Dezember right now and still no refund. I had to get my money back via paypal directly.

The website offers plenty of choice and prices are competitive. I was glad to see international version of games were also on offer. Shipping was quick and painless. The only thing that slightly deducts from the experience is that the website itself is a bit crowded and not so easy to navigate.

Delivery to Switzerland took a bit of time but overall reliable! I had a good experience with my purchase!

Fast processing by the folks at Uplay And fast shipping. Received in the US in less than a week. My Kickstarter was never delivered due to company bankruptcy and these expansions aren't available in the US currently so I'm happy to have them. Thank you.
