Bought an item that had 10 days shipment promise, I contacted them once the time lapses and they informed there was not actual date for the item. 1 month later and 10 emails complaining requesting a refund I haven’t got any reply from them, they disappeared. Even if they eventually refund me it is a terrible experience, the website showing wrong data and then inexistent customer support.

Ordered item, which their website said was in stock. Chased for 3 weeks, then told it was not in stock. Since then all emails have been ignored and they have not issued a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered 2 items, which didn't mention anywhere that they were out of stock. After paying the delivery date changed to 20 days. After 1 month and 2 emails without answer, no tracking info was provided. Thank god i paid through Paypal and got my money back immediately.

No response to several emails for information on an order for which I have no news for 12 days.

Ordered a game it was actually quite expensive but the only place I could get it from, and the site had so many good reviews. It's meant to be here latest in 2 working days , was ordered weeks ago , still hasn't been posted and the company are now ignoring all my emails. Currently trying to get a £45 refund from my bank. Will not use them again

Their customer service is there but is slow, be patient.

I received the reimbursement after asking it, I was a bit scared because nobody replied after a few days, but eventually everything went fine.

I place an order and pay extra for express shipping, then after I pay it says "normally available in 21 days".
I can see this is one of those sites which tricks you into ordering things which aren't in stock.
I'll use PayPal to get my money back.

Well packaged, good shipping costs to EU country, nice summer sale price reduction and not too many emails from the shop. Search options could be better on the webshop. sites seem a bit crowded.

I ordered a game on their website in February and it never arrived. They answered to my first e-mail where I asked to check on shipment status, they promised to get back to me and since no update, it was the last time I heard from them... I tried e-mailing as well as calling. Finally I asked for a refund but it was ignored too.
I am surprised to see so many positive reviews here. Afted having my refund request ignored I suppose my money was just stolen... If it's not a scam, they really do disrespect their customers.

I bought a game I wanted to give as a gift to may son for his birthday. After waiting longer than expected for the parcel I contacted several times to uplay by email to ask if there were any problem with the delivery, but they did not reply me back, which surprised me with so many positive reviews. At some point I was starting to think I could have been tricked. At the end they did contact me, gave me the money back. I received also an apology, something that I really appreciate. Nevertheless my experience was not very satisfactory, as finally I did not have a present for my son.

Very fast shipping and easy to work with.

Dont buy from them. I ordered a game they said will take max 7 days, without any notification they changed the state to "not available", after trying to contact them through several channels without any luck they finally replied telling they dont know when will be available again. I told them to cancel and refund, after a week of waiting finally i had to ask paypal to give my money back. Thanks to paypal.
