Pathetic service no response

Pathetic service. Supposed to receive my apple product within 2 days and it's been 1 week now. Initially they couldn't contact me due to not updated phone number in my apple account. Then I had figure out to update my phone number. Even after updating the phone number it's been 3 days to receive a local package. My package number is 1ZA2399V0451521665

Terrible

Terrible, terrible service, overreliant on 3rd party sub-contractors and with zero control or backend coordination. Don’t ever pay for additional fees online because receipts are never sent, and so drivers refuse to deliver package. And then they demand cash - never have card machine. I would never recommend UPS.

UPS the slowest delivery…

i regualrly order items from a company in sweden, usually i use dhl but this time the seller used UPS, first they made a ticket for the package to be collected, then took weeks to collect it, then when they did collect i could see it moved to Jonkoping in sweden, it stayed there there for 10 days. i contacted ups and they told me i needed to contact ups sweden or the seller, the seller contacted them and there was no reason given for the delay, it then arrived in dubai the next day, it has now been in dubai for 5 days and i have called them but they just tell me its awaiting clearance, DHL normally pick up and i have the items in three days total. dhl the items arrive in dubai and usually clear in hours and are out for delivery. this so far is almost three weeks

0 customer service. I needed to ship DNA test (swab from my cheek) to US. I decided to call call center to check the requirements before sending. They couldn’t answer. I sent email to customer service to check the requirements. Sent detailed email explaining everything. I was waiting for 4 days for their reply and they didn’t even get my question. Such a waste of time. There are plenty of good shipping companies with much better customer service.

Do not go near this company EVER.
After so many delays and advising that the parcel is non commercial and personal items. They charge import tax, every single time. It’s a scam to make extra cash. They do not tell you that there is a charge until they arrive at your door and demand payment.
Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing services from UPS Abu Dhabi

I had high expectations for UPS, but I’m really disappointed. They couldn't even manage to deliver to a straightforward address in Abu Dhabi, and there was no communication regarding the status of my package. This level of service is quite disappointing. I believe Apple should reconsider partnering with them for deliveries. Not a reliable delivery service at all!

Worst Service in UAE

Overcharged for a standard personal items delivery from U.K. to Dubai.
Do not use. These guys have the worst customer service, are not clear on there service provision anc then hold you ransom to significant additional charges on delivery.

They are the worst

They are the worst. I thought that since they are such a big company, things would be smoother when it comes to delivering items. First, no one informs you if there’s something wrong with your address or any other issue, so your item gets stuck with them. Second, you are the one who has to call them to follow up on the delivery. Third, their customer service representatives give you different excuses and explanations for the delay. Fourth, they don’t care about their customers at all.

There are many better courier services in the UAE than them. Don’t be fooled by their big name. They don’t care about their customers and have an extremely slow response from their operations department.

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. Important parts travel across the world in 24 hours. Then, with UPS UAE at this end, they end up sitting for over a week (so far) at some undisclosed UPS facility in Dubai.
No communication, non-existent support, dishonest operators, disgusting performance.
Zero response, zero support, zero confidence.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID USING UPS AT ALL COSTS

The worst company to handle your shipments. The customer service nakes you wait for hours to get to you. And apparently all their riders go back home at 6pm. I don't understand which service industry works on this shift. If i could give id give negative stars and not even a 1 star.
