Pathetic service

Pathetic service , i have a parcel from India 1ZC3Y4220436009268 which was sent on 12th Aug 2024 from Delhi and on delivery my contact number is also updated still till today the packet is not delivered not I received any call , address is properly updated with landmark still website says incomplete address and when sender contacted them they says contact details required when number already updated what contact details required they asked for email id dont know why

Never use UPS !

This company is a scam. Do not even think of using it!
FIRST
I used UPS to return a parcel to farfetch & they lost my package i couldn’t even track my return… & i m still waiting to be refunded as their so called investigation is still ongoing! They don’t even reply to my emails….
But very soon i ll be contacting uae consumer rights as i m not letting this slide! I got proof they did the pickup & i even have the pickup man s number…

SECOND:
& now i need to return other parcels to farfetch as the sizing didn’t fit me so i ve literally scheduled over 6 different pickup dates for just 2 items… & until today ups hasn’t even bothered coming to do the pickups ( believe me i wish i didn’t have to book the returns with ups … but farfetch s policy is to use only ups for these returns). I am beyond disappointed & angry! UPS Is a scam & extremely unprofessional … I can’t believe they re still operating in Dubai. This company needs to be shut down. PERIOD.

Worst company worst service ever!!

Worst company worst service ever!!! Paid the most expensive delivery to get an important document within 3 days. It's been two weeks and the parcel is still stuck in a warehouse in USA. Nobody gives any answer, the UAE team is absolutely clueless.

Worst scam ever, for your own good never book this service in the UAE.

Useless Parcel Service

My recent experience with UPS has been very disappointing. Despite ordering from Apple and receiving a tracking number, UPS's website flagged my address as incomplete, causing a two-day delay with no communication from their end. Despite providing the same address I've used for five years without issue, UPS insisted on special requirements, unlike other carriers like Amazon and Aramex. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism make me question UPS's reliability, leading me to dub them the "Useless Parcel Service."

The worst and scam service… Nobody knows nothing in the customer service. Their behavior is rude, no sight of my parcel. I have dealt with DHL and FEDEX previously, they were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend never ever use this service. My parcel was supposed to received within 3 working day and now I am waiting forever, my Eid is ruined because of UPS. This can’t be a service to the customers. Be aware

UPS- worst experience, continuous only at incompetence

It is hard to imagine such continuous incompetence but UPS have managed to be the single worst third party service I have engaged with in the UAE in my 10 years here.

The 'account manager' is incompetent, unbothered and they could not care less that we have spent more than 50 emails trying to resolve constant mistakes in their accounting.

1 incorrect shipment, which had in fact been waived due to delivery failure, stayed on the account for 5 months.

I have never wasted so many working hours on such insignificance.

Very relieved I have moved to DHL.

Geographically challenged much

I have now been waiting 4 days for a delivery that should have taken 2 at most.
UPS UAE do not seem to know that Al Ain city is in Abu Dhabi emirate 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had given my complete address to Apple on placing my order. I’m now concerned that my devices are being driven around endlessly in a hot van 🙈 and may be damaged.
I was not given the call back I was promised from so called “ Customer Services” … their App is impossible … kept rejecting my input and they close early. I have just had a barely comprehensible call on which there was interference on the line … sounded like 3 people talking over each other! Appallingly bad. I shop a lot online and have absolutely no problems with other couriers / delivery agents.
I have escalated this with Apple.

I’m reluctant to rate 1 star because 1 star is still too high for the service of ups!
I ordered ip15 from Apple online! With DHL delivery no problem at all, but second time i was frustrated to see ups is the carrier! Address was correct but no delivery in given date as more information required????
What more information ?why that the delivery guy cant even pick the phone and call to verify ?
I contacted customer service and a Philipino lady answered in a bad manner
Nothing got done after all I can’t even changed the address or whatsoever on the website!

TO UPS DUBAI- I would like to bring to your attention how disappointed I was with the way your driver spoke to me and the manner in which he spoke with me was unacceptable. We have business account with UPS and I had a few incident in the past when driver couldn't reach my location but this one was complete out of order. Firstly - it's in a professional and calm manner all people should conduct themself in any environment. your driver have an attitude and did not allowed me to speak. My questions was simple why the boxes was not include the way bills and I offered your driver to seat down while liaising with the team that shipped the boxes but he was shouting in my store and decided to take the boxes and informed the hotel security that I refused to accept the boxes. Please send next - time people who can speak ENGLISH, because we are paying for the delivery and its not the expectation we had from this so called blue ship (UPS.)

Never count on the delivery time in UPS…

Never count on the delivery time in UPS if you live in UAE of you have urgent deliveries. I paid 160 aed (44 USD) for 1 envelope containing 1 letter to be delivered fast ( in 3 days max as was promised), 5 days later the envelope is still in the origin country, stored somewhere in the facility and no one is answering the phone. That is their fastest shipment!!

I wanted to give it 0 stars.. change your customer service completely please as they cannot help and you have some serious problem with communication and any knowledge. We ask questions and thy simply go quite. I am so confused how this is supposed to be a good company!
