Really bad service, company claims "delivery attempt" when NO ONE actually showed up, and customer service is very very unprepared and useless.

Worst delivery service. Too bad didnt read reviews. Everything as everyone had.. no delivery, straight to pick up point. Lazy company and not worth paying for their lousy work. Woman on the phone is speaking as if she almost die there.. doesnt even know how tracking number should look like.

Terrible, the driver will not come at your place to deliver, so you pay extra for nothing. I was home the entire day waiting and the driver did not come at all, pretended I wasn’t there so now I have to go and pick up myself the package.

Once again UPS fail to deliver my package to my homme address. Even worse I got a text message saying I wasn't home when they “tried” to deliver the package but I was home ALL day.
Called them back and I was promised the package would be delivered the following day. But it never came. Just got a new text message from them asking me to pick up my parcel at a local pick up point.

Even 'though a signature was required, UPS dumped my computer by the postboxes in my building without informing me that it had arrived. It's a wonder it wasn't stolen. UPS - The Delivery Service From Hell.

What a horrible service. They Lie, Cheat and waste your time. Try not to use them is my advice.

Very bad delivery service. Watching through my window that the driver doesn't even get out of the car. He parks and seconds later he drives and then send the message that I wasn't at home!!! This happened twice in a row.

Same as usual. They tell that you were not home, but they never even came to your home. Moreover, they wrote a message only 1 day later that we were at your home...

The worst postal service in the world!

For many times now, UPS fails to delivery to my home (in downtown) and always many days late! This is because my address has a Danish letter in it and UPS's system can't read Danish letters. How is this even allowed if you work in Denmark?!

The customer service are the worst and never helpful. I have tried to explain my problem to them many times now and that It is very important my package doesn't get delayed again, and they simply tell me "let's give it another try and if the driver can't guess the missing letter in your address, you will just have to come pick it up in our warehouse in Glostrup (hundreds of kilometers away from me!!!).

What the hell is this? How can a postal service not be able to contact their driver and let them know that the address on the package has a missing letter?

Simply the worst!!!

always "not home" even though i can see the delivery guys leave without ringing my door bell. Just great.

I wish I could give a zero star.This is absolutely the worse postal service in Denmark by far.I always get irritated anytime I get a notification that my post is coming from UPS & true indeed they do not disappoint!My wife was home the whole day & received all my packages from other postal companies but UPS driver just scanned & sent a message that there was nobody home when he attempted a delivery!Rubbish!In fact,I wish my packages will never be delivered by UPS ever.Talk to your drivers to do their jobs well & cut the crap.Enough with the lies!!Customer services doesn't even make an attempt to reach out to resolve your issues.incredible

First I get a notification that my package will be delivered Jan 5 so I stay home to receive the package.

Then at around 11:00 Jan 5 I get a notification that the package will be delayed by 1 day (and you didn't know this already a 6-7 in the morning??)

So I again today on Jan 6 I sit at home waiting and is monitoring the status of the package - it is on the way .... and then all of a sudden I get a notification that they have tried to deliver the package but couldn't !!!!

Waiting at home all day, listening for the door-bell and phone on, only to receive notice "we tried to deliver, no-one home". Called customer service, sounds like they have heard this before, yet no second delivery offered.

Ordered from germany 🇩🇪 should be delivered 22/12 , ups said the put it in the entrance of the building, but there is no package

I work from home, my apartment is clearly labelled and has an electronic doorbell/imterface allowing video calls to the apartment fromt he street. Despite this, UPS has consistently managed to deliver parcels when I 'am not home'. My apartment, however, is rarely vacant. UPS consistently tell me they have 'tried to deliver a package to you'. I suspect they only ever deliver to delivery points, about a km away. What a rubbish service, even when you have paid for home delivery they still don't deliver it to your home!

UPS lost an invaluable aluminium component for my vintage boat engine. Simply "lost" they claimed. Fill our a claim form they said. The part was irreplaceable. Please everybody do not trust this company - terrible.

My expensive package disappeared during ups delivery, ups said it will take up to 8 weeks to investigate where the package is? you have camera to all delivey of the package, why should it take so long time?

Website often down and when you call support, you wait over 30-40min and when you finally get to speak to someone, they say one moment let me check and then hang up. Called second time and rude person says don't call customer support, call technical department. Called the other number and no one picks up and then after 40min + wait I gave up. I already paid twice with my paypal account but no possibility to print labels nor arrange shipment. What an ASS of a company and poor rude customer service from some of the staff.
