Delivered dead flowers
I have ordered from Upscale and Posh several times. Unfotunately qulity is not reliable, Once my wife received good and fresh bouquet. Last time on the 8th of March 2023 I ordered 20 roses for my wife. They delivered dead flower, which we threw away the next day. I wrote email to the company attaching the picture, but it was ignored. The company should work more on quality control.

Upscale & Posh never disappoints, that florist is wonderful in every way. Elegant flowers that are not only fresh and beautiful but also exotic. On-time delivery as scheduled, I never had to follow up, not even once, to ensure the flowers were delivered. Installments option is also available at no additional/ or hidden fees. They NEVER photoshop or edit their flowers on the website for marketing/sales purposes, which makes it a trust-worthy florist. The white flowers arrangement 'Fantasy' will be my forever favorite. I hope it will never run out-of-stock because I will always come back for it - for every memorable occassion. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Delivery was an issue
Delivery was an issue. How can you give me a window from 12-6 and deliver at 9pm? Horrible service and when you call the store, the clerk seems so unbothered. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Bloomingbox are so professional and quick - can get deliveries within the hour. Never again with this place for me.

Gorgeous bouquet and great service
Reached out to them via whatsapp as i had questions about ordering. Got a response right away and was promptly assisted. Alternatives were offered as the flower i wanted wasn't available. It was very simple but turned out to be gorgeous. Delivery was very quick too. This will now be my go to when i need flowers.

Incredible service! I had a last minute problem and an email I had sent was not delivered … I needed the flowers delivered sooner so I reached out to them on the day via WhatsApp. I received an immediate response and the flowers were delivered within the hour!
