I had high hopes from Upscale and Posh
I had high hopes from Upscale and Posh, but my last order from them was not good. I had ordered designer luxury bouquet from Tulips section, but there were not even a single tulip in it. When contacted the customer service they suggested the bouquet description on there website was incorrect. I requested tulips from your website as per the description, but get delivered something else. I requested refund though

Brown flowers
Flowers were obviously damaged in transport because of the heat. They should pay more attention to the third party delivery teams they use!

Further to the earlier review
Update: I have received d a full refund. They have instated procedures to ensure problems encountered during my delivery serivce do not occur again. Further to the earlier review, they offered to deliver a designer bouquet on the correct date, but never sent it. In essence they acted in bad faith and ruined my birthday surprise. I messaged them to let them know their designer bouquet was not received, they did not even have the courtesy to respond. A waste of my dhs. 450 purchase. I do not recommend this florist.
