I commenced my Diploma of Community services in 2024, and I was nervous to start as I had searched for many months for the right one that fit within my busy working schedule, and I am so happy that I chose Upskilled and was placed with Rosan as my program co-ordinator.
I had trainer support throughout my journey, and each person was easy to get ahold of, and if they had leave coming up, I was told in advance to avoid any confusion.
My assessor, Rosan gave promising, clear and encouraging feedback throughout, and was always there if I needed assistance. He was quick to mark my work, and let me know if I had missed anything - allowing me to rectify the issues, and find him for help and guidance.
I felt calm and motivated throughout, as I wasn't waiting for things to be marked or wondering what my results would be. Everything was clear and my assessor was transparent with me. It allowed me to not have to worry at all.
I was able to complete my course in 1 year, with the assistance and guidance of of Rosan and the team behind the scenes. This is going to allow me to excel in my role, and further my career development.
I cant say thank you enough for helping me, responding quickly and marking my work with efficiency. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I started a online business admin course through upskill, when I first start I got really overwhelmed with the units I didnt know anything going into this course as a mother with a little boy everything just got so overwhelming and I was struggling with completing the course. I wanted to quit and cancel the course but my teacher Zaiba Khan called me and went through everything with me and set up a weekly meeting with her. She reassured me and put my mind at ease and made this experience less daunting and overwhelming. She still constantly checks in and makes sure I’m not getting overwhelmed and walks through everything with me. My laptop is outdated so I couldn’t do the excel unit so Zaiba moved them to the end of the course so I didn’t have to worry about them until I got a better computer. Zaiba has been amazing through this course she has helped me so much especially when doing the video assessment and I had no one to do it with me, Zaiba offered to step in and do it with me, because of her I passed that unit. She is amazing to talk to, she is very understanding and helps you every step of the way. I highly recommend Zaiba Khan she is an amazing teacher and human being and Upskill. I have had an amazing experience with Upskill and Zaiba Khan.

I recently went through the RPL process with Upskilled, and overall, it was a positive experience. The RPL process was clearly explained from the beginning. I understood exactly what documentation and evidence were needed. Submitting my evidence was straightforward. The guidelines were simple to follow, making the process easy to manage. My assessor( Rosan Lal )was very supportive and responsive. They answered my questions quickly and helped me whenever I needed clarification. I felt the assessment was fair and accurate. The feedback I received was helpful and allowed me to improve my submissions. The process was completed in a reasonable timeframe, and any delays were communicated to me in advance. I’m very satisfied with my RPL experience. The assessor’s guidance and the support I received made the process smooth. I would definitely recommend Upskilled for anyone going through RPL. The RPL process boosted my confidence and gave me a sense of achievement. I felt encouraged throughout, and it helped me recognize my skills and areas for growth.

I have recently completed the Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) at Upskilled, managed by Program Coordinator Rosan Lal. As a mature-age student embarking on a mid-life career change whilst also studying Psychology, I wanted to learn tangible skills that would be applicable and allow me to gain employment whilst navigating a new industry. I have been highly impressed by the quality of the material and the supportive teaching and administrative staff. Everyone at Upskilled has been responsive and supportive. I am incredibly grateful for the valuable feedback and Rosan's flexibility in meeting.

Regarding the teaching platform or LMS, Upskilled uses Canvas, which is excellent on a laptop, tablet, or phone. It has an app that makes it easy to view content whilst on the go. I loathe role plays and was quite anxious about completing this portion of the coursework; however, it was invaluable to the learning experience and gaining confidence in applying the theoretical skills. I'm thrilled to have gained employment working in case management.

I recently completed Certificate-IV in IT- (Systems Administration Support), and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the program. The course is well-structured, covering a wide range of topics from fundamental IT concepts to advanced topics like cloud computing, cybersecurity, and ICT support etc.
Thankful to Matthew Roderick sir who was my program trainer. He is very kind and knowledgeable, approachable, always ready to clarify doubts and provide practical insights. The blend of theoretical lessons and hands-on exercises ensured that I could apply what I learned in real-world scenarios.
Overall, this course exceeded my expectations, equipping me with the technical expertise and problem-solving skills necessary for a career in IT. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and take their IT skills to the next level.

My experience in this course has been highly rewarding, effectively addressing my initial desire to enhance engagement with clients in the mental health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) sector. A key highlight was the successful completion of the first six modules, which showcased a seamless integration of concepts. As I am not currently employed in the industry, I appreciated the guidance from the course trainer and insights from friends working in the field.The course significantly improved my ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and enhanced my communication skills. I developed stronger empathetic questioning techniques, which have boosted my confidence in interacting with potential clients in the AOD and mental health sectors.The trainer and program coordinator were highly accessible and provided timely responses, offering exceptional guidance and consistent encouragement. The assessment process was well-supported, with clear guidance and constructive feedback that enhanced my understanding and skills. Overall, my experience with the assessors was exceptional.The course's flexible schedule allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, enabling study at my own pace. The curriculum appears to offer excellent preparation for real-world scenarios, particularly with the inclusion of a practical work placement. The content is highly relevant to the industry.A significant takeaway has been the realisation of the interconnected nature of mental health and AOD issues. I intend to apply these learnings in my future career within the mental health and AOD space.

I have been a student at Upskilled and had Ms Zaiba Khan as my program coordinator. She has been a wonderful help throughout. She also offered me to record role-play activities with her as a participant which was a great help :) I’m truly happy for my wonderful experience with Upskilled.

Great teaching staff with the knowledge to teach and refine even the most basic understanding student. I have learnt so much in only 2 years and highly recommend these courses to anyone looking to start a new career later in life.

The learning content was clear and easy to follow, and the trainers were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me achieve my certificate. I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible support and would highly recommend Upskilled to anyone looking to further their education.

Thanks to Upskilled I have just finished my qualifications for WHS. My educator Gideon was always accessible by phone, internet and zoom, and was always quick to offer guidance or assistance. The self satisfaction I have achieved is amazing, the course was a challenge but very informative

I am completing RPL for the remainder of my Diploma of Community Services and want to say that Rosan has made this an easy process and I couldn't be more grateful for his advice and communication throughout. RPL seemed like a daunting long winded process, however I can confirm that if you are working in the field, it becomes second nature and a lot easier than it seems! I recommend anybody gains employment in the field they are studying to consider utilising RPL if they're eligible! Thanks again Rosan!

Personally I enjoyed the selected content of the course! What I appreciate most is the way is organised! I never found a school website/platform so well organised in every details!! I personally struggle with concentration and find the “immersive reader” tool was truly a gift! Jackie is an incredible teacher: very efficient, supportive, helpful and friendly! I wish the school is gonna introduce soon the Certificate IV of Individual Support !!! Thank you all!

The online study was very easy to navigate and there was enough support from the course co-ordinator. I throughly enjoyed studying with Upskilled. I was able get my certification which allowed to apply for relevant jobs. Thank you!

I think the best thing about upskilled is that you can work at your own pace and we are given ample time to do the course. I also loved the support and I found the course very insightful and interesting.

My experience with Upskilled has been excellent. The variety of resources and flexible scheduling have made learning convenient and enjoyable. I had access to diverse learning materials, including Zoom meetings, discussions, and reading materials. I particularly appreciated the teachers' availability to answer messages or reschedule meetings as needed. This support significantly enhanced my studying experience.

Completed Cert IV WHS with Gideon. He was terrific delivering the content and making sure it was clear exactly what was needed to complete each unit. The sign up the course however was very vague with information and workload was described incorrectly by upskilled staff signing me up. The required video evidence made the course blow out much longer then it needed to be.
Thankfully my trainer was able to make up for these shortfalls and without him i would have been quite dissatisfied.

I am currently studying for my Certificate IV in HR management. My PC is Zaiba Khan.

During my course, I have learned how to work with Zoom which I have never used before. She has directed me to work on projects by holding weekly meetings. Zaiba has encouraged me and motivated me not to give up. She gives me detailed feedbacks during and after each assignment, which is very helpful.
I have already recommended Upskilled to my friends as it's very great and professional teaching.

I recently completed Upskilled’s Diploma of Counselling with Ronnie Lynch as the program coordinator, and as a mature-age student, my experience was exceptional. Ronnie’s extensive knowledge, guidance, and encouragement were instrumental in my success, and his support significantly shaped my learning journey. His mentorship has inspired me to continue studying mental health, and social work.

Initially, I doubted my ability to return to study and the workforce, but Ronnie’s guidance gave me the confidence and motivation to pursue this new chapter in my life. The course provided valuable insights into counselling practices and emphasised the importance of safe and ethical practice. As a remote student, the online platform was highly convenient, and the role-play exercises helped me build a strong connection with a fellow student, with whom I will continue my studies.

Overall, my experience with Ronnie and Upskilled has broadened my professional network and boosted my confidence. I highly recommend Upskilled and Ronnie to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge, pursue personal development, or make a career change.
