Very prompt delivery. Window handles were made of a much heavier metal than the originals possibly plated brass as they are not steel. At first sight an excellent quality item.

Sliding door handle broke and I approached a local highly regarded door and window company. To say that they were unhelpful would be an understatement!
Then I found UPVC STORE on line. What a huge difference. Found the handles easily, ordered, arrived in no time and fitted with immediate advice following a confusion over fitting. All sorted, no fuss. Why use any other supplier? They were fantastic.

Deliveey took too long. Sent wrong item. Not answering phone calls to resolve the issue. No answering the emails for the second days. We will have to make a claim through the bank. STAY AWAY!!!
