Sliding door handle broke and I approached a local highly regarded door and window company. To say that they were unhelpful would be an understatement!
Then I found UPVC STORE on line. What a huge difference. Found the handles easily, ordered, arrived in no time and fitted with immediate advice following a confusion over fitting. All sorted, no fuss. Why use any other supplier? They were fantastic.

Very poor customer service, absolutely no communication on delivery the driver just turned up, no response to emails, I would not use this company again.

Deliveey took too long. Sent wrong item. Not answering phone calls to resolve the issue. No answering the emails for the second days. We will have to make a claim through the bank. STAY AWAY!!!

Fast delivery, right product right price

The goods ordered were not as described on web site so were returned immediately via tracked sign for delivery. The goods were received by UPVC store on 26/03/25 but my refund was only made nearly 3 weeks later after emails to them. Very unimpressive as this company took my payment when I made the order immediately! There is no customer service telephone line in use and responses to emails appear to be when they have time.Be wary when dealing with this company

Very prompt delivery but unfortunately a production fault caused a need for a replacement item.
The equally prompt replacement and courtesy of the sales team were very impressive which went a considerable way to making the slight inconvenience acceptable. Well done.

I purchased 7 Mila window handles
For a customer.One fell apart out of the bag,and a second failed after 5 minutes of Fitting.Sent Emails no reply, phone number not working and chat bots fell asleep.I guess you don't want a good review.

I haven’t recieved my order, tried calling and emailing and still nothing, ordered handle 2 weeks ago!!

Great product, easy to buy and good price, Would have got 5 stars but delivery company delivered later than stated by them which is not really the company’s fault.

I purchased some window hinges and had to return some of them as they didn’t fit (my fault), I submitted a returns request, received a returns number and sent them back using collect+ that showed the return as being received by them in November 2022. I gave up messaging them in July 2023 for my refund as I couldn’t waste any more of my time. As a result I’m over £250 out of pocket from this. If I get a reply from this review and get my refund I’ll happily remove this review, but I’m not holding my breath….
