I am genuinely really impressed with this company. I ordered several items over the weekend and it arrived on the following Monday! The items were packaged well and of good quality. They seemed to have exactly what I wanted on their website at competitive prices.
Everything was so good I decided to make a second order and return some wooden coat hangers that I had purchased from Amazon because the quality was better from Urbaboxx but at the same price point.
I actually needed to return some of the first order (I’d over ordered on purpose to compare products) and they made this exceptionally easy. They emailed me back offering a return pick up slot (at my choice ) within a few hours - I don’t even have to go to the post office! Outstanding service - thank you!
