Good sturdy rails
Perfect, as described, sturdy and easy to assemble and holds a huge amount of clothes. To be honest I prefer these rails as everything is so accessable (as long as you don't overload them). Although the instructions are easy to follow I found 2 packs each containing a screw and allen key but no mention of where they go!

I found the perfect clothes rail unit…
I found the perfect clothes rail unit with Urbabox. The right size and weight with useful adjustability and a light weight dust cover. Delivered quickly. Instructions were not as straight forward to take advantage of the 1st time buy of 10% off offer code at checkout so I missed out on it. Poor quality stiching on dust cover zip meant that after a handful of times using the zip, the stitching failed and I am re-stitching by hand to fix it. Good quality frame, poor quality dust cover.

I ordered a rail and a set of hangers and I only received the rail and I emailed to ask about this and how rude that noone answered me. I wasted 20 pounds and no-one will give them back to me!!!

Lovely product but mystifying instructions for something square, rather than triangular. But not too difficult to work out how to put it together.

In regards to your comments on the wall fixing screws we do not supply them (as stated in the product listing) as every wall is different and requires the correct fixings. Our customers use the hanging rails in so many different settings and fixing them to different types of wall materials, which does not allow us to provide necessarily the right screws. Finally found a company that I can order extra shelves and accessories for my chrome shelving units. I was thinking of getting rid of them as I thought I would have to buy another unit when all I really needed was extra shelves.
