Our property is still not listed after 5 days despite numerous phone calls and emails.
It appears they have outsourced to a call centre in Manilla and it is impossible to get any help or answers as we are passed from Manilla to London but cannot speak to staff ( if there are any ) in the Tunbridge Wells office.
Time consuming, stressful and a financial loss

I have been using Urban.co.uk for many years; it appears that they have outsourced their enquiries to a call centre, who do not answer the phone or pass on messages. I have now made 5 calls, sent 1 email and received no reply. My property has not been listed in 5 days!!

I don't usually post by feel I need to as this business is being highly affected as is my own.

Great service and value. Tenant signed up within a week and everything taken care of. Lots of viewings and interest. A big thanks to Danny who turned around all paperwork quickly, and for his guidance through the process.

I’ve just completed another successful letting through Urban. As usual it has been easy, efficient, the website is a joy to use and Daniel is very quick responding to emails.

I am so pleased that several years ago I chose Urban to find a tenant over the incompetence of the high street agents who charge five or six times as much to make a complete hash of things. I’ve been a landlord for 15 years and in the early years there was no choice but to go to a high street agent. I’ve used four, from full management to just finding a tenant. I usually ended up having to get involved because these agents would create one disaster after another, which I was paying for.

Now all I need is an efficient company, Urban, to get my property out there on the Internet, provide me with a stream of potential tenants, reference them and then I take it from there.

I've been using Urban.co.uk for a number of years now and I have found their service and use of their website excellent. We have found very good tenants through them and generally this happens on the first day of viewings. I would most definitely recommend them

The team at Urban always respond quickly to my email questions or on the phone. They have been professional and easy to deal with, even when I've had tricky amends to make to the tenancy agreement. The process has gone without any hitches and the electronic signing worked well, even when I had a tenant who didn't know how to do it initially. Knowing they are on the end of the phone most of the time to be able to help at any stage provides peace of mind.

I am very impressed with the work Urban did for me, and the team in Urban are clearly capable enough to advertise my property in such short time and delivering what they promised. I believe in, and value, such concepts as online agencies where the high street agents who monopolised the market for decades (and ripped us off) is no longer the only option available. Urban are disrupting the market and I am sure with their great customer service and their easy to use platform that they will thrive and grow exponentially.
