I have used Urban twice now to let my flat, and would recommend them unreservedly. They are efficient and courteous, reply promptly to any messages, and charge a fraction of high street estate agent fees. Why would you go anywhere else?

Website very easy to use. They were very prompt in forwarding any inquiries towards my ad and very helpful when I called them with questions.

I have used Urban over the years and their service continues to be excellent. Dan helped me with the last letting, completing the contracts and helping with all the new legislation requirements, saving me a small fortune Vs my high street agent in SW London.

I did the £99 option and overall it has served me really well. If you are happy doing your own viewings then this can save you lots of money. The advert went on quickly and within hours I had quite a few people who wanted to view the property, and I now have people moving in within 2 weeks of the advert going out. The only problem I had was that I filled all the info in on their website and when I hit submit at the end most of my info was wiped off. I had to then get in touch with their helpline and re-write my script which took an extra hour. If this hadn't happened I would have given them 5 stars.

I've used a few different ways to let my flats and this has been really great.

Decided not to go for just the basic package. Had references and inventory done with Urban too which cost a bit more but was really worth it. Inventory very detailed which I was pleased with.
Urban open on a Sunday which was great for me as I work on Saturday.

All in all great experience, found tenants quickly and I highly recommen.

urban.co.uk are good. If you're considering an online agent give them a try. They were referred to me bu a friend and I have no complaints.

This was a very pleasant experience and we found a tenant very quickly. A very smooth operation.

I've used Urban to rent our property out twice in the past two years.
Both times I've received very prompt and professional service. The self-service management of properties is very easy to work with, and Urban takes care of getting the adverts live on multiple property sites (purplebricks, rightmove etc).
Once we've found the right tenants, Urban moves very quickly to ensure reference and right to rent checks are completed (all in one business day this time round) and handles the deposit.
It's a great service which takes a huge amount of hassle and admin off my shoulders, and I know Dan is always at the end of the phone if I need advice or updates.

Straightforward. They put the property online within an hour of me creating a profile. Seamless experience. Much better than the other competing services I've seen around. Good customer support. Strongly recommend.

Also very good contract and knowledge , told me loads about protecting my rights as a landlord that I didn't even know . Always easy to get hold of even on Sundays .

I’ve had my investment property in Clapham for 5 years now and have always used the same local high street agent to find my tenants.

Last few times I’ve been pretty underwhelmed by the service so this time round I thought I’d give online a try and I’m so pleased I did.

I really want to thank Dan in particular for his help with everything from getting the price right to sorting the referencing and contract, he really couldn’t have done more to help. I genuinely feel the customer service I’ve received over the past few weeks has been 5*, tenants are good quality and I saved almost £1800!

I can’t really believe it to be honest and wish I’d done it years ago. One thing in particular that was annoying me with my local agent was they just didn’t ever seem to pick up thier phones, Urban are so responsive via both phone and email which has been great for me. I will certainly be back next year when these tenants leave and will be recommending you to everyone.

Urban rented my house within a couple of days of it going live with them. Much better than high street agents.

We took out one of their basic tenancy plans and we couldn't have dealt with a nicer bunch of people. Everyone was exceptionally helpful – we called often to ask various questions and every time, without fail they were positive, friendly and informative. They rented our flat almost immediately for us.
