Excellent choice for a family bike. Rides well in snowy, rainy and sunny conditions. Love the feature of adding a Maxi-Cosi child seat which eliminates the need to use a car in the city.

First of all..it's really comfortable.its very smooth to ride and relax...my kid love to go ride in urban arrow...no regret. Just love it.

We are very happy with our Urban Arrow - we use it every day, our twins love it and it makes our everyday lives a lot easier.
Everytime we ride it, our "Urbi" creates a smile at our childrens' faces. They have so much joy and fun, that this alone would qualify as a reason for purchasing it again.
The bike is of excellent quality, reliable (no repairs), resilient (shopping), very robust (children) and replaces a car. It is still easy to steer and has a good grip on the road.
We have been using it not for over a year now, and I would not trade it back for a world.

I love our Urban Arrow, especially the fact that it’s compatible with an infant car seat! We don’t own a car, so this is our car and it does a great job!
What I don’t love: accessories are insanely expensive and some parts don’t seem to be of the highest quality (for example integrated lock and rubber stopper on the stand)

Bad service. You wait minimum 12 weeks for a bike you pay 7500 Euros for.

Easily the best purchase our family has made was a family cargo line bike. So many great memories biking to the neighborhood pool, library, parks, or taking the kids to school each day. It’s made my commute to work so much better and drastically decreased the amount that we need to use our car for a little trips and things like groceries. Highly recommend.

A life changing product. There are very few tasks you can't accomplish with this bike. It's my daycare drop off, beach equipment, Costco shipping transportation machine.

I have a urban arrow bakfiets. Everything is good and perfect. My children loves it!

I get a free rain cover from the bakfiets purchase. I applied for it but the DHL delivery sent to the wrong address. I complained to urban arrow customer service. The responses are quite slow to get a solution and I’m still waiting for the new rain cover… for this I give 4 star instead of 5.

I cycle my 2 daughters to pre-school everyday in our UA Family cargo bike and their squeals of excitement as we cycle almost makes the screaming getting them out the door bearable ;)
My youngest (1) is still in her Maxi-cosi car seat and the adaptor is a dream…. If I could just stop her older sister (3) tickling her feet.

I have the anniversary version. I carry daily my three children to various activities...agreeable to drive, high quality. It replaces our second car and is way more fun!

I've tested dozens of cargo bikes and Urban Arrow Family and Cargo L/XL are still my favorities. Perfectly designed steering and good balance makes you safe in any conditions. They also keep quality and invest a lot effort in development. Fully recommended.

Offers impressive power and speed, making it a thrilling ride, even on steep roads with children on board. It can be a bit challenging to get started and to balance for smaller riders like myself. Children absolutely love it.

We have bought an Urban Arrow Family in the Cargoline. The bike has such a good quality and the details are fine. We are looking forward for many years with our new bike.

The urban arrow is perfect for a family. We use it a lot and is really reliable and can support a lot of weight and is super versatile. Is really recommended

After 2 months of owning our Urban Arrow we are still very excited everytime we ride it. Perfect for active families with children. Great quality for a fair price. :)

the bike is fine even great for transporting 3 kids. the raincover, however, is not worth the money. only a few months after installation, the cover was ripped. it was exchanged two more times and each time it ripped only 2-3 months after. i then contacted urban arrow as the seller was not keen on exchanging again (understandable) but urban arrow ihnored my request and pushed me back to the seller. this is obviously a design mistake, that should be covered by urban arrow.

I am in a daily happy relationship with my Urban Arrow Family since nearly a year now and happy for the next to come.

Our toddler and his 🧸 are fascinated by the speed, comfort and views and I love to let my car at the garage....

We are more than happy with our urban arrow 💙 our daughter is the happiest when we are on tour and it is super practical and comfortable 💙
