I have the bike for over a year and a half with great pleasure. With 2 children I cycle regularly and also do groceries etc. Spokes of rear wheels keep breaking off and that is not pleasant. Accessories are okay, quality could be better for the prices. Accu are okay. Gear is good.

I can't believe I didn't get one sooner!

We've become so attached to our urban arrow. It's the perfect addition to our familiy car. Actually, we prefer using our bike above our car.
It grants us a certain freedom we love and could not longer live without.
Groceries, a trip to the garden center, friends, luggage... everything in the cart :-)
We just went on holiday and gave the bike a big hug when we returned home. We've missed it :-p

Super smooth and fun ride. Even though its a big bike its easy to move around.

Love our UA! Only wish would be that the battery lasts longer or is easier to charge(maybe even while you cycle)!

Great bike, very practical. Fits our two kids (3 and 2) and a full week of groceries without issues. Added benefits as opposed to competitor bikes is the metal flooring with holes; dirt falls through, keeping the inside of the bike cleaner. Something competitors also don't have is the poncho that attaches to the rain cover, love that as well.

Got my Urban Arrow Family a couple of weeks ago and loving it so far! I've already done a few big grocery trips and taken the family on a little tour to the lake. Really happy we made the decision for a bike instead of a car. I wrote support with a couple of questions and they followed up quickly and professionally. I can highly recommend an Urban Arrow!

Great bike.

Urban Arrow is a part of our family now! It is great to ride this bike and do the shopping, pick up kids, go for a trip (also by a train) or just use it for day-to-day routine. UA guarantees a lot of space, nice Bosch engine and convinient accessories.

Love my new urban arrow family performance. Babyseat is perfect for the first rides together. Big raincover is perfect for the dutch weather. Love the design.

the Urban arrow cargobike changed my life. in Amsterdam I don't need a car, it's more convenient, and cheaper then a car. and I just love using them for my work. keeps me fit, and happy🌌

the people I work with, and my friends, find it somewhat annoying; because I keep telling them, that it is better then a car :) just try it out in your life, and you will see. I was in Düsseldorf Germany, and made contact with people who use the Urban Arrow cargobike, and well the cycling infrastructure is not so good as in Amsterdam. but even there, it is great to escape the car dependent lifestyle. makes me happy to see Urban arrows everywhere I go, and the people who use them.

come from a family, of 10 children, if we had an Urban arrow, back then. it would have made a big difference. ( my parents tryed it out, liked it, but 3 wheels for them feels safer. allthough they loved cycling with it.

Very good build quality combined good technology and driving experience. The communication between phone and bike is excellent. The automatic shifting is great, first couple of minutes I had to get used to it. But everything is working seamlessly togheter.

We’ve tried different bikes, but the Urban Arrow is almost unmatched with this new 2024 model and we really love the new sage color.

Amazing bike! Love the new color sage. It’s a little party everytime we ride it, kids, dogs, groceries or just because we can:). As a typical Dutch family this bike is something you can’t miss in your life! It makes it so much more easier and fun!

The children are very happy, they enjoy the view and possibilities to talk with each other and me during the ride. Very comfortable to drive. Adding the maxi cosy to drive with three children is also a great plus.

This bike has a really solid design. They’ve thought very carefully about little details, kept the bike minimalistic and the riding experience great.
We’ve tested several bakfietsen before purchasing the UA. The UA by far has the best riding experience because the bike is well balanced. It’s point of gravity is very low compared to competitors and therefor the bike is agile and easy to move around even with children onboard.

Make sure you buy at a certified dealer. We’ve experienced quite some quality difference in dealerships. And even had to swap between two due to bad paperwork and communication in the ordering process which was disappointing because you want to enjoy the bike instead of worry about the process of buying one.

Our Urban Arrow Family Cargo has been indispensable for our family. I have already ridden over 2,000 miles in 1.5 years of owning our UA. It’s our main form of transportation now and it includes trips to school and the playground with my two daughters. We had one minor issue with our Raincover Plus that both UA and our retailer were quick to resolve.

We bought our Cargo family bike (the belt is a must) a month ago. Best big purchase of the past years! Makes everything so much easier. We have two kids and a car is not always convenient and can be stressful. Groceries, trips to the park and has made it possible for my kids to bring friends from school. Best of all, our kids love to ride in it!

The Urban Arrow Family cargo bike has been a game-changer for our family. It has replaced our second car, providing a smooth and quiet ride with a 180-degree view for our kids. The Bosch motor and Gates Carbon Belt ensure reliability, and the rain cover is a must-have. However, the lack of front suspension is a drawback. We have both the cargo and family editions. Great bikes! Front suspension can be even greater on the family edition though ;)
Furthermore just perfect bikes! We all, my family, loves it.

I recently bought the UA anniversary edition. It mostly fits our needs. I was a bit disappointed that in my region that one didn't have the front suspension and used the older non smart Bosch batteries, which for the price little.

Having our Urban Arrow bike for three months now has been amazing, and I only wish we had bought it sooner! We needed additional transportation alongside our car, but we didn’t want a second car. The Urban Arrow is perfect for getting around the city and allows me to visit places that are a bit further away. It’s given us the freedom to explore new playgrounds and other outdoor activities with the kids.
