Great quality clothes! Been a subscriber for over a year and been very happy with the outfits.
Save your money. I tried this box out after several other less than impressive clothing subscriptions. The very first issue is a very misleading and not clear price you pay and what that entails. It was $80 for me to learn that I would be receiving two or three pieces but I could not return them, they asked me zero questions about my style, and worst - they absolutely refused to respond to any of my messages. They do not have a phone. They will not respond to emails or requests for assistance.
Do not give these people your money. You will be disappointed and unable to recover whatever you paid to 'join' this service.
Beyond the customer service and unclear pricing plan - the clothes were awful. I received a flesh colored fair isle sweater dress and a 100% acrylic cardigan for my first (and only) box. I tried to return them both but was informed they don't take returns. If anyone would like the ugliest sweaterdress I've ever seen, message me. You can have it.

I decided to try out the $75 subscription after reading an article on Men's Health. I told my wife about it, and she also subscribed. It wasn't until we had already paid for our respective subscriptions that we read customer reviews (I know. Stupid).
My wife got her box first - the two shirts in the box looked NOTHING like the pictures which she selected in the original questionnaire. In fact, they look like they would have been in style at least 20 years ago.
I was still moderately hopeful that I would at least get some decent clothes, and boy was I wrong. As with my wife's shirts, these looked nothing like the questionnaire I filled out. I had also specified that I wear slim fit shirts, and both the shirt and sweater I received are relaxed fit. They also look like items you would find in the clearance section at TJ Maxx. Definitely not what they advertise on their website.

This company was difficult to contact, had below-par clothing, and would not allow me to get my purchase-priced clothes in one order, making sending clothing back impossible. My password does not work, and a reset also does not work. Terrible
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!! I made a one time payment to recieve a few boxes thinking that the clothes were going to look some what like the clothes they advertise. Not so. I recieved clothes that I wouldn't even gift away. If you return or exchange it they charge you a fee and all of the clothes are cheap and outdated. There is no one to call and they do not return emails.
Good quality clothes and easy. I enjoy being surprised each month.
So I was looking up clothing subscription boxes and came across Urbanebox. I was a little skeptical at first due to the mix reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes were of good quality and it matched by style.
I just received my first box. The spring dress looked amazing on me and I loved the fabric. Looking forward to my next box.
I was very happy with my box. The clothing was good quality.
I completed the quiz and entered the details on the website to provide details of my preferred clothing recommendations and I believe I got something that was just high inventory on their end. Not what I was looking for, doesn't it seem like "Luxury" clothing, more like expensive off-brand downtown clothing?
The worst part is that I have to pay $15 to get a refund so I end up losing either way.[Update: It took more than 2 weeks to hear back for instructions on refund] I tried stitch fix at the same time and MUCH better customer experience. It's more expensive but you get better options for the styles you select, and outfit recommendations and their app / website experience is much more user-friendly.
Been a subscriber for 2 months, so far it’s been great. The quality of the clothes is good and the selection of style matches my preference.
Good quality clothes. With my busy schedule it’s very convenient having clothes picked out for me. The price is very affordable as well.
the worst, ugliest, cheap, hassle of a subscription box company I have ever tried. unfortunately my mom got me a $500.00 gift certificate to this place but their items are trash. so lucky for them they got $500 of our money because I got the first box- 2 of the ugliest, frumpiest shirts that you are out of luck if you dont like them(I guess there are not choices?!) they are going straight to the goodwill. they are honestly ripping people off because the items they are sending you are not worth what you are paying for. and they have zero customer service.
I've been attempting to reach out to this company for almost four weeks now. However, my $600 investment has only resulted in receiving one box filled with inappropriate clothing. Among the items, I received two tops, one of which is a button-up shirt in size 5XL! The other is a long-sleeve microfiber top resembling Old Navy's apparel. Unfortunately, there was no receipt or documentation included in the package. Despite requesting an exchange, I haven't received any response via electronic means, including Facebook, their website, or the designated email for contact. Caution to potential buyers!
Awful. Signed up for the “Premium” subscription. They box finally arrived 3 weeks later with far form premium clothes not the style I indicated and nowhere close to my size!
I have been a subscriber for about 3 months now and I loved the clothes, especially the convenience. The clothes are good quality. However, if you are really picky I don’t think it’s a service for you. I hate to ship or pick out clothes, so it works for me.
The first box was such a disappointment. It included a T-shirt and a jacket, that's it. The cheap style reminded me of something I could have bought at OldNavy for $29.99.
The shipment notifications are annoying. I got a "shipped" email on 2/9. The box didn't arrive at the initial processing facility until 7 days later. It took another 6 days to arrive at my front door.
There is another service for double the price, but in my first box I received: 3 T-shirts, 2 buttons down, 2 pairs of jeans, a jacket, boots, a belt, and socks. Statelymen is a better option.
I thought I'd give this box a try, big mistake - My first box was so lackluster so I googled the items. The value was well under the amount paid for the box, which defeats the entire purpose of such boxes. I feel incredibly cheated and foolish. They also promise communication with a "stylist," which NEVER happened prior to getting my box. OH, and if you want to exchange your items, it costs you money. Even when they blatantly rip you off.
Been a subscriber for about 3 months. So far it’s been great and easy. I don’t have much time to shop, so it works for me. However, I’m not picky. Good quality clothes.
