I have never left a review in my entire…

I have never left a review in my entire life! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I have been trying to get someone to email me back from the moment i received my first box. I have not received one email back and they renewed my subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription. Also have yet to receive a return label from my first box. this is by far the biggest scam and worst clothing subscription the cloths are nothing like the website.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! SCAM!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My GF got me a gift card so I used it and paid the difference with my own card. They ended up charging the entire thing to my credit card so I asked for a refund. They replied saying they refunded me and it said it may take 5 days for the refund to come in. It’s been two weeks now and they’ve stopped replying. This place is a Scam. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! You can only contact them through email which is absurd. Biggest rip off ever. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from these con artists.

High hopes, satisfaction not even close.

The marketing on their website makes it look like you get 4-5 items in a box. Instead I got 2 items in my first box, a pair of khakis that were the wrong size and a short sleeved linen shirt, in November in Pennsylvania... What?? I wrote them an email (they don't list a phone number and email is the only way to communicate... tediously) explaining my issue with the pant size. They said so sorry, send it back and we will exchange it... This was in November... Christmas comes and goes and I get my second box, a long sleeve shirt (nice) and a puffy vest (probably won't wear). Kind of a win... But no exchange for my pants yet. So, I email them and ask about it. They say, so sorry we will send that right out. 10 days later I received the box... It's an ugly shirt. So disappointing. Cancelled my membership before the third month. Emailed them about my troubles, waiting to hear back. ... Heard back... I can not choose to exchange an item I don't like, but they can switch the item rather than change the size (they only have up to a 32 length inseam apparently) of any item that they have made a mistake on. I would have rather had the khaki pants than the ugly shirt they replaced it with. Although, they did offer that I could exchange the item for another random item if I paid the shipping of $15. Would not recommend Urbanebox.

I'd give zero stars if I could

I'd give zero stars if I could. My wife gave me a 6 month subscription for my bday. She paid a small fortune for me to keep 1 (one) nice flannel shirt, and 1 (one) pair of black jeans. To their credit, they both fit well. I never got 3 sets. Returns is nearly impossible. I have the feeling this is scam ran by a large clothing store that is figuring out how to dispose of their surplus. I can't understand how they're still in business. You're better off going to TJ Maxx and pick/choose what you want, then return if needed. Right now I have a box of a polo shirt and a vest that have absolutely nothing to do with my style. Which goes to show that their carefully curated questionnaire is basically a dog and pony show that they don't pay any attention to. AVOID IF YOU CAN. Any of their competitors would be a far better option. They're terrible. Run away.

I subscribed to this company thinking…

I subscribed to this company thinking it would be a good fit. Boy was I wrong. First they took a payment when I subscribed on the Oct 25th, which was fine, but then they took another one on the Nov 5th. But no box came until the end November. Two boxes came which were really small with two items packed inside. A jacket and sweater, the other box contained two sweaters, one of which was the same sweater that was in the other box. So I have two of the same sweaters which is horrible material. So I paid a total of 149.98 for three sweaters and a jacket. That I will never wear. I definitely canceled and don't recommend. The only way to contact them is through email, which is weird.

Beware! Know what you’re getting into!

I have been signed up with urban box for the past five months. I actually only received four boxes as the second box was never shipped due to mistake at their end. After contacting them and asking for information, they did rectify this fairly quickly. I’ve enjoyed the clothes that I’ve received and feel that they are good value for the money that’s being paid. Prior to the most recent box I received a very cute sweater that I hot several compliments on. I liked it very very much. The clothes were running a little large and I contacted them via their site to ask how to change the sizing that they send me but I have gotten no response. The most recent box that I received had a nice jacket but then the exact same sweater that I had received the month prior. I have contacted them via their website three times and I have had absolutely no response. There are no packing slips in the boxes that you received and there is no phone number to contact in order to help resolve issues. I have no way to send the last box back at this point and they are not responding to my efforts. The clothes I feel great and there’s so much potential, but it’s just so frustrating that they’re not willing to communicate with you or take care of the mistakes that I’ve been made.

Addendum: they have reached out to me. They advised me to communicate through email rather than their website; I don’t understand why they continue to have that as an option. They did correct my size and I have received a package since that time. I continue to think they have very good quality of clothing, and will continue to try to use their service at this time. We’ll see how they do.

Urbanebox Is Not For Me! Do Your Research!

Attention: If you are looking for an honest review regarding the company Urbanebox please read!!!
I made a mistake by not researching and reading customers reviews before purchasing the monthly subscription through Urbanebox. I signed up for the premium clothing box on September 11, 2023 for $99.00 then looked at customers reviews about Urbanebox which are mixed! I went into my onine account the next morning and closed my account and cancelled all future shipments. I also sent an email that morning asking to refund my $99.99 because I changed my mind. I recieved an email from Alyssa informing me that I am responsible for Septembers box and they do not refund you even though I contacted them the next day after ordering. I was told that I would get tracking for my box next week which would be between the 17th-23rd of September. I never received any tracking from them that next week. I reached out to Alyssa again on the 20th & 21st of September asking about my box and no response until the 24th telling me that my box will enter delivery process last week and tracking information. It is now the 27th of September and still no tracking information. It has been 17 days since I placed my order and have not received anything in return from Urbanebox!!! I reached out to my bank and started a dispute to be refunded. I also sent another lengthy email to Urbanebox about how unhappy I am with my experience as a first time customer. This afternoon I received an email stating that I was being refunded for the full amount and subscription cancelled. It should not have taken this long for someone to finally take care of this issue and am grateful they refunded me.
After this experience I am better off shopping for my clothes in local stores or buy from Amazon where I can try clothes on before I buy them!

I got a subscription for myself and my husband, we have been surprised on the quality. For the price you get a very good deal. The style of the clothes are very nice. If your picky, it might not be for you. However, if your open to trying new things than you will enjoy it.

Bait and Switch

Just like everyone else, I would give them 0 stars if possible. The items I received are nothing like the items promoted and nowhere near what I described I was looking for. I had signed up for a 3 month subscription and canceled as soon as I saw the 2 shirts. They are more suitable for a 60 year old lady having lunch at a Golden Corral. Customer service is terrible and have not responded to my emails.

Total waste of money

Like others have said I would give it 0 stars. First they offer you half off your first box which is nice but the clothing looks like it came from Costco and didn’t look anything like their promotional materials. Then when you try to cancel they charge you an early terminate fee for the other 50% box even though I only signed up for a monthly subscription. Just stick to more established companies.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst! I canceled my subscription and they kept billing. When I contacted them, they refunded my money and told me it wouldn't happen again. It did happen again and now they won't refund my money they stole from me! My subscription was canceled and they stole my money! I have proof they took money out of my account. I emailed this to them. They emailed a picture of refunds that doesn't include the money they took.

My husband and I have been very pleased…

My husband and I have been very pleased for the past 7 months. We came across Urbanebox doing a search for subscription boxes, in particular clothing ones. The price was so affordable it was worth the try. I got myself and husband a subscription since we are busy with work and kiddos. So far we have been very happy with the quality and selection. We had to do a couple returns for exchange due to sizing. However it was easy and they were nice.

Terrible Clothes, Terrible Service, Terrible Company

This company provides terrible and inefficient service. I decided to try the service. I wanted to assess whether the first box of clothes was worth truly investing in this type of service long-term. Unfortunately, they charged me twice before I even received my first box. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my service, because the first box was simply terrible, I was told flat-out no. They refused to stop shipping me a second box even though I'm sure I notified them in advance to do so, all because they refused to refund the fee for the box. So, save your money and don't shop there. The quality is subpar and customer service truly doesn't care about customers or service.

Good Luck to You

When I did their survey when I signed up in June, I asked for no dresses as I am an amputee and don’t wear them. When I finally received my box (July 3), it had a skirt and top. I wrote them got the item returned and we are the second week of “you should have your refund in a couple days”

Pleased as Punch!

I’m petite and have acquired more weight than I’ve intended. >_>

It’s hard to find clothes that fit, let alone stylish, but Urbanebox has been successful in not only finding the correct sizes but clothes that my millennial kids actually like (a 1st since they were 10 years old).

I recommend this site for anyone. If they can dress ME in style, they should be able to please anyone.

I was recommended this clothing subscription box by a friend. Been very happy so far after my first 3 boxes. If you reside in Canada there isn’t free shipping, but the fee is very low to ship here.

I am so extremely disappointed with my…

I am so extremely disappointed with my first subscription box that I think I am going to immediately cancel before it’s too late. For $65 I got a cheap longsleeve shirt and a cheap hoodie and it looks like something you would have bought at Walmart. When I signed up I selected items that I can wear to a professional business setting and I wouldn’t wear these at all and I cannot return them. I never like to complain but I really feel stupid getting so excited to open a box expecting clothes for work and getting something that looks more like pajamas. Are usually give these things two or three attempts before I cancel but this I might have to cancel right away. Be very careful
