Free returns are no more!
After using Urban Industry for over a decade, I recently received an order that stated they were a 32W...they are HUGE. I requested a return with them which was accepted, however they now charge £3.95 per return! I have been a customer for over 10 years and all I can say is I'm disappointed and will be hesitant to order in the future in case the same issue occurs.

Hi Mike, our returns are still free, we’ve never charged a customer to return an item in 24 years. We do offer a subsidised £3.95 returns label with the Royal Mail which a customer can use to return something to us. Often £3.95 is cheaper than you might find if you just took the parcel to the post office and sent it back so many customers choose our label. We cover some of that cost back to us and we just refund your order total minus the £3.95. You can choose to use it or not but we haven’t charged you to make a return. Does that make sense? If not please reach out to us on email for when the office opens again on Monday morning.

Not Happy
I ordered the Foreman pleated front pants in Navy, they delivered Black. They also looked like they had been returned as they the bag they arrive
d in was so badly taped together and the pants were turned up and creased like hell and covered in dust and lint. I cant be bothered writing to them and going through the hassle of sending them back, I just gave them away. I wont be ordering again.
