Exemplary customer service
During the ordering process the Customer Services Team were polite, helpful and professional at all times. Goods were shipped quickly and arrived the next day. Unfortunately on this occasion the jacket I ordered was too large (entirely my fault). Once again, Customer Services were fantastic, quick to respond and helpful in explaining how to progress a return. I would not hesitate in buying from Urban Industry again. The best customer service I have ever encountered from a webstore.

Ordered an Arc'teryx jacket but came out a bit small so the return was easy and refund received within 8 days. Ordered a new one in a bigger size and am very happy with it.

Great price for the item I wanted
Great price for the item I wanted. Only 4 stars because they used Royal Mail for delivery which obviously meant it was late; and the Royal Mail app was less then useless. Just to be clear, Royal Mail gave me a 2 hour time slot and a date for delivery, the item didn't arrive on that day and there was no update on the App until the next day when the item did arrive. This is not great if you are staying to receive your delivery.

Paid £40.90 received £32 refund 🤣Don’t offer exchanges 7-10 days to even look at a small t shirt in a small shop to even start processing a refund will take weeks and weeks to get your money back do not purchase from this store avoid and it cost me 9 pound for the pleasure of spending my money with them

NOTE: This customer was abusive to our staff over the phone and email. He also has left 2 reviews for the same issue and left multiple reviews elsewhere.
After many years of offering exchanges we found that customers weren't using the service in great amounts and it was simpler to allow people to buy the other size and for us to refund the wrong one. In terms of refunds, we are presently refunding all returns within 5 days of them arriving back with us after being processed through our warehouse. All the information regarding returns and refunds and easily found on our site before ordering. The review does not much what actually happened with the processing of this order.
