I hadn’t ordered from Urban Industry before, came across them whilst searching the best price for an expensive outdoor coat for my son as a Christmas present. Found the exact brand, Arc’teryx and the colour he wanted in the sale!. Very pleased with the coat. Delivery took less than 24 hours. Bonus is I have supported an independent business.

As you've not used your real name or left any order details I can't come back to you after this review. After many years of offering exchanges we found that customers weren't using the service in great amounts and it was simpler to allow people to buy the other size and for us to refund the wrong one. In terms of refunds, were are presently refunding all returns within 5 days of them arriving back with us and being processed through our warehouse. All the information regarding returns and refunds and easily found on our site before ordering.
As for negative reviews, i don't believe we have many at all describing the same circumstances you are reporting. I'm sorry you feel you've had a 'disgusting' service on this occasion. I would have hoped you would of contacted us before leaving the review so we could at least tried to help you out.

Brilliant Store!
First time buying from Urban Industry store and it was a great experience. I bought some Danner boots and they were delivered by the next afternoon. Their selection of stock is awesome and they’ve been great to deal with, will 100% be shopping with them again.

New trainers
I bought a pair of adidas trainers and the whole shopping experience was a joy , the trainers arrived on the day they was supposed to and very well packaged, the website was really easy to navigate from start to finish and I was kept informed whilst items were in transport, definitely recommend using Urban Industry and will shop with them again .

Great products at good prices
I had been looking for Dickies Work Jeans for some time. The company I usually purchased from (in St. Thomas, Ontario - my son lives in St. Thomas) have gone out of business and there appeared to be no stockist of the same jeans in the UK; until I happened upon Urban Industry.
