No, I certainly wouldn’t shop with you again. Instead of using my phone number to notify me that the goods I had paid for were out of stock, you relied on the fact that I would check emails at regular points throughout the day in case you cancelled items. Had you phoned I would have cancelled the entire order as I have since explained in my email to Dan.

Sorry you feel this way about our service. You ordered two sale t-shirts. One was out of stock when we came to pick it. We made an immediate refund for that item but assumed that you would still want the other t-shirt you ordered. We shipped that item and refunded you for the item out of stock. Im sorry that this has caused distress.

Used urban industry a few times over the years. Never had a problem. Reliable, often have sales and speedy delivery. Can’t recall ever using the customer services but this is probably a good thing in itself. Would defo recommend to others.
