Poor Return Politicy
I received a water bottle in poor condition and ended up losing £8.90 in shipping because they think it's acceptable to send products with such defect.

As discussed with the team, the item you received is not faulty. We checked the remaining stock of this particular item that we received directly from the brand and confirmed with you that they have the same seals and manufacturing line as described in your communication with the team.
This does not affect the use of the product and is part of how the bottle is made.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the item you received however we can now see that your refund was processed on Monday 4th August and you should receive the funds shortly.

I would never buy from this website again. Their return policy is awful. You have to pay the return shipping cost plus an extra mandatory £3.95 for a return label if you are using their return process.

The subsidised label fee of £3.95 is not a mandatory charge , you are welcome to return your items back to us using any method you wish, although we would always recommend our customers to use an economy, tracked service. If you decide to use your own method, of course, the subsidised return label fee would not be applied and would be removed.
All of our shipping and returns policies are available on our website before customers make a purchase with us - we try to make this as clear as possible so we are sorry if you missed this information before ordering.
In line with many other competitors and indepndent businesses, we are unable to offer a totally free returns service however we try our best to offset the cost to our customers as much as we can.

Would highly recommend against using this company.
Their return policy is completely absurd and unforgiving. Customer support also cold & unhelpful.
Having returned a pair of shoes in pristine condition, in the box as per directed by the delivery partner (Royal Mail), they refused to accept the return, stating that they could no longer use the shoe box (which must be worth about 20p).
Can't believe this is worth losing a customer for life; will also recommend other friends to use different brands.

Hi Oliver. You sent back your Hoka shoes in the Hoka shoe box. You stuck the postage label on top and tapped down the sides. I'm not sure if you've ever ordered shoes from any other store but they would also reject your return. We don't have spare boxes to repack them. I would ask you to consider if we sent your original order out in a shoe box that was damaged, included a shipping label on the top and tape would you accept it?
It's clearly stated in our return conditions that the box is part of the product and again, i would ask you to check any other store's conditions and you will find the same requirement time and again.

Great first-time buying experience
First time using Urban Industry. Purchased a Carhartt hoodie for nephew’s birthday.
Quick turnaround from order to delivery and product well-packaged (some online clothing companies’ packaging leaves much to be desired at times).

Have contacted UD and the InPost delivery company., an investigation was launched at UD, T-shirt had definitely left the warehouse ( this remains ongoing) UD have kindly sent out a replacement, which I am grateful for as it was a birthday gift
