Order #2408109 .... I have been ordering shoes with them for years, they are always fabulous, just as pictured and up to par! I made a recent purchase & I must say I was disappointed with every pair I bought :/ I will say that the sizing isn't spot on for me like it used to be (with other orders too) & also, the shoes have been really small & narrow this time around. But that's most shoes nowadays, especially heels, they're not really made for ppl who don't have bone skinny feet :/ but other than that, there's no complaints! Customer service contacts you if something you ordered is out of stock (if that's the option you chose), I've never really had to deal with them, I emailed them recently about cancelling an order, and they did so AND responded to me within a few hours! Also, that last order was perfect for me too!! The heels were a little skinny, but hey, maybe it's just my feet lol, it was manageable & the wedges were PERFECT! I'll recommend & will still shop here, as long as I go a size or 2 up! :)

Horrible experience. First thing they don’t exchange shoes so I had to get a refund however they don’t have any return shipping labels. I paid more to ship the shoes back than the original shipping cost, then finally I receive a refund email and they have discounted the refund. OMG what a nightmare. Shoppers beware make sure you get the correct size shoes if not you will be scammed as I was out of a whole $10.00

I ordered some white fur boots I have yet to receive a email of confirmation on my order or any info at all. I called 3 numbers it's states u can call to contact the urbanog customer service an all are busy signal , how does a actual legit place have busy signal also one number was a simple leave name and number voicemail...?? Really aggravated an confused.. Now an email with s tracking nunumber it says but yet for hours now it's saying 404 error?????

If I could have given this company zero stars I would have. This is my first time ever having to post a bad review. I ordered a pair of boots that did not fit so I sent them back via UPS on November 25th and they received and signed for the boots on December 3rd. I have sent several emails, made several phone calls and left messages only to have them not return my emails or calls. I have yet to speak to a customer service representative letting me know when my refund will be applied to my account.Needless to say I will not EVER purchase anything from this company nor will I EVER recommend this company to my friends and family. This is by far my worse experience. I also plan on contacting the BBB about my horrible experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s non-existent actually. I’ve called the number provided multiple times (always have to leave a message and “someone will get back to me”) and have also emailed about an issue that occurred when I placed my order almost 10 days ago now. I also tried the chat feature on the website without success. Haven’t heard a thing from anyone. Ended up paying over twice as much for a pair of shoes because the coupon code wasn’t honored at checkout. I get that it’s a busy time of the year, but there has been plenty of time to get back to me by now. Super disappointed.

***Update: Received a response from UrbanOG via this site after review was left. Appropriate refund was issued promptly with no questions asked.***

I placed an order for 2 pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas , the site stated I would receive a confirmation email which I never did however I took a screenshot of my order number. I never received my order I’ve attempted to call only to get a busy signal I’ve also emailed with no response I’m beyond upset!

I love love love urbanog this is the only site that I buy shoes from off the internet. Never been disappointed. Going to look now to see what I find 😍🥰😍
