I absolutely love both pairs of shoes I ordered. One was over the knee suede boots and a sexy stiletto multi colored with all of my favorite colors. They are my favorite shoes that I own to date, period. Thank you for also including candy and free samples, urbanog.com goes over and above and I want to let them know I really appreciate it. Never stop doing what your doing, great business and even better customer service and appreciation.

I recently ordered two pair of booties from Urbanog and they are perfect! My order #2400666 looks exactly like the website, and got here very quickly. I can't wait to wear them out!

12/03/19 no order, tracking is no longer available and the customer service number is BS! NO Hi thank you for calling UrbanOG we will direct your call only rings and says you’re being transferred to extension 1 hold music plays no one answers and you have to leave a message. I do not like shopping online due to companies like this I took a chance and I lost but I will NEVER refer anyone to urban OG if I see their name mentioned I will do all that I can to prevent someone else from going thru what I am experiencing

The shoes I ordered are so stylish and they’re just perfect. They came as pictured and I received them quickly. I ordered a a pair of heels and a pair of sneakers and I am 100% satisfied and I can say that no one around has any like them. My order number was 2398532.

I ordered a pair of heels and they were shipped out the next day. I did not receive an order confirmation email and they responded quickly - it was in my spam! Shipping was quick and the shoes were perfect. Very happy and satisfied customer. :)

We chose to cover the cost of the shoes for our bridesmaids, and I am so happy we found Urbanog. I was able to order some VERY gorgeous shoes for a fraction of the cost anywhere else. I am a satisfied customer, and will definitely order all of my shoes from the site going forward. Our ladies are going to look amazing in the shoes!

Oct 28 2019 I think this company is a fraud! I see your company on here lying blaming Amazon for losing packages. My shoes I ordered almost 2 weeks ago was supposed to be delivered today Oct 28, 2019 & when I checked the tracking it wasn't even in Va so since it was being delivered by amazon I called them for confirmation. They told me the package was supposed to be delivered last week and your company never released it for them to deliver it, now why would they make that up? They told me to call the merchant(you) which I did & of course I got a voicemail. No one ever called back, its after 4 & I got no response to my email so i will be calling my bank to dispute. This some bs!

REVISED Oct 30 2019: my package was delivered a day late which it came on Tuesday 29 but the tracking still wasn't updated to let me know it was being delivered. I had to call Amazon again & they gave me the correct info & said that you all released it 5:38am Tuesday morning & still states it wasn't anything on their part it was your company. Even tho my shoes were a day late & your tracking system is totally jacked up, I LOVE my boots!!! And I never received any email from you all I checked my Spam too. Get it together please!

This is my 3rd time purchasing items from Urbanong. This time I purchased 9 pair of shoes. All shoes fit and shoes look great. I have referred family and friends. I will purchase additional shoes in the soon.

I have ordered many shoes from you before with no problems but this time I'm totally dissatisfied. I ordered and the delivery was to arrive tomorrow. Now I tried to track the shipment and it says Wednesday next week is the delivery day...that will be over a week and I paid $18 for shipping....I understand that you probably had huge orders because of the sale but I'm bummed because I was to use some pairs this weekend and now I'm screwed...idk what to do 😥😥

Bought the cutest patent boots perfect for my fall outfits! They arrived pretty quick! Absolutely beautiful fashion shoes. Definitely a company you can trust! Highly recommended!

I love urbanog. But I'm curious why did you guys stop sales of clothing? I love the clothing that I did purchase. Will you be bringing them back?

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I never got a shipping number and when I inquired about this two weeks later, I was given a random shipping number stating my item had been delivered days prior. My items were NEVER delivered and I don't even think the shipping number was correct. They stated that sometimes the shipping email goes to the spam folder. This makes no sense. Tracking emails don't end up in spam folders. I checked my spam folder and there was NOT an email from Urban OG. They have stated this same thing to multiple people. (See reviews under this one.) I have a feeling this company took my money and provided a bogus shipping number. I've contacted the shipping company and they stated that it is Urban OG's responsibility to refund me. I am still waiting to be refunded. I have reached out multiple times and filled out paper work to be refunded. I would NOT recommend this company. Save your money and your time!

I'm really upset because I ordered my boots 3 weeks ago. Never received a tracking number and I still haven't received my package. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I spent some money too ... money just freaking wasted.
