Customer service was awful
Customer service was awful , signed up for 15% off 1st order , my code wouldn’t work , then they tried to tell me o had ordered a water bottle that was excluded from discount , but it was a handbag I ordered not a water bottle.

Awful customer service and faulty item
Awful customer service. I bought a dog Owala bottle from them (£45 so not cheap)! - it never arrived, got lost in the post and it was a difficult and frustrating process trying to get a replacement sent out. When this finally arrived after 3 months the bottle has started leaking. I messaged customer service to be met with a huge fight to try and prove the bottle is leaking and agents who don’t have a brain cell. Like talking to a brick wall. I’m putting in a complaint and will never buy from them again!!

I ordered a Fjallraven backpack
I ordered a Fjallraven backpack which arrived dirty. It wasn’t in a protective bag so looked dusty as if it had been sitting on a shelf for quite some time or kicked about a dirty floor. It also had a security tag on the inside. So I have returned it. However, I’m now over a week later and I’ve had no updates about my return (no email to confirm it or money back in the bank). I’ve tried to find a way to follow it up but it’s a maze of being redirected. Very poor and will never order from them.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I contacted Urban Outfitters who said I have to take this up with the courier which I have and they told me it was upto to Urban Outfitters to claim for the missing parcel. I messaged Urban Outfitters to tell them this and I have heard nothing back.
