Ridiculous UO Sizings
The trousers sizing is ridiculous. I ordered both size 12L in different styles and one was a bit big and the other was WAY too small. The quality of the trousers I kept was really bad as one of the clasps was put on wrong when made, so it broke and I have to pay £10 to fix it. I’m typically a 10-12 and I can barely squeeze into your trousers. Also, the shirt sizings are nuts- I ordered an L and XL as I knew urban are disgusting with the tiny sizings they offer. (With a size Small being tiny enough to fit a 7 year old.)
And bear in mind I am a S-M in other shops, never a large or XL. And the Large fit snug on the arms x

Unnecessary trash
My Order came in 3 packages. I don’t think that is necessary and is just unnecessary trash that is produced. It can easily fit in only one package. Even I managed to do that when I returned my clothes
