Unnecessary trash
My Order came in 3 packages. I don’t think that is necessary and is just unnecessary trash that is produced. It can easily fit in only one package. Even I managed to do that when I returned my clothes

I was in Urban Outfitters in Frankfurt…
I was in Urban Outfitters in Frankfurt am Main, and generally everything was good. I made a new account while i was in the changing room so i would receive a discount. I have never had an account by UO, never even shopped there. And i didn’t get any email or something, however a woman on the cash register asked me to show one to prove that i’m a new customer. I told her that sadly i didn’t get anything, and she started saying in a pretty mean tone that everyone could make a new account every time when they shop here and get a discount. We couldn’t really solve the situation because i didn’t get any confirmation that it was the new account, i didn’t blame her in that because i was also confused, but she was pretty mean to me, like i did something wrong however i was just trying to solve the problem and get the discount. She was in her mid forties i would say, with a lot of tattoos.

Lost in transit and still not fully rectified
Update: all received today - thank you customer care. Great products. Will move rating to four stars.
Order was lost in transit (Evri to blame), however when trying to resolve promises by UO have been made to investigate and to allow three more working days for order to arrive - this was not met. Then another chat with customer care resulted in order replaced and sent with express delivery, but it turns out only four out of seven items have been re-ordered by them. I now have to spend another half an hour out of my day trying to chase/make sense of what’s going on.

Not great quality - all returned
Ordered 3 items and 2 of them were defective. One didn't have the walnut wood finish so was the wrong colour and the other had wonky legs so the whole unit stood on an angle.
The items looked lovely but quality and consistency were poor. Also took me over a week to organise a refund and collection as every email takes 2-3 days.

pinstripe trousers
They were lovely trousers, very pretty and fabric is great. however they were very long on me and so i had to hem them. but i love them otherwise and they fit great in every other way.
