A ridiculous process for simply changing sizes
The sweatpants themselves were great, but the international return/exchange policy is extremely disappointing. I ordered two pairs in a size that I believed would fit based on my previous Urban Outfitters purchase, but they turned out to be much too oversized. I would happily exchange them for a smaller size or two, but apparently exchanges aren’t available for international orders.
Instead, I have to arrange and pay for an international return myself, wait for the refund to be processed, and then place an entirely new order for the exact same products in a different size. Meaning I have to pay shipping again and potentially wait even longer to receive them. The return process is also unnecessarily complicated for an international customer.
I find this ridiculous. If you sell and ship products internationally, customers should have a straightforward way to exchange an item for a different size. Having to go through an expensive and complicated return-and-repurchase process just to change the size of an item is a very poor customer experience. The products themselves are lovely, but this experience has seriously put me off ordering from Urban Outfitters again. I really hope Urban Outfitters reconsiders this policy.

Ask refund damaged shirt, still no reaction
The 11th of August I bought a shirt in the store in Utrecht. Back home I discovered it was damaged. The 12th I send an e-mail, explaning the situation and why I can't travel back to the store. Untill now (27th) I haven't received a response. The 21th I started chatting on the website with "Felicia T" and she promised me a further review of my case by the Utrecht store and a confirmation via e-mail within 72 business hours. That deadline passed a couple of days ago. I still haven't heard anything, I didn't receive a new shirt that is not damaged or a refund. I keep waiting and getting angrier...

Poor online shopping experience
I wanted to get some iet frans shorts for my son's 18th birthday. They were out of stock at my local store so I tried to click and collect from two other stores. Both times it told me they were available, took payment, waited 24 hours and then I got an email to say oops our bad, they are not in stock after all. It can't be that hard to keep track of stock and it shouldn't take 24 hours for a store to let me know that something is not available. As a result I was not able to get this present for him.

my favorite store.
I love Urban Outfitters especially because of their baby tee's. They always look really flattering especially because of their cool prints and colors, while still being comfortable.
I've also purchased a bunch of other things like jackets, jeans, caps and long-sleeves which are all of very high quality.
The service was always amazing for me, online or at the store. Always friendly staff or super easy guidelines.
All in all my favorite store for statement pieces or basics.
