All my interactions with the Urban Planters have been professional and friendly, from the designer, to installers, to ongoing maintenance. Polly, who looks after our planting maintenance, is always a pleasure to have in the office. She arrives willing to maintain the plants but goes above and beyond to provide a brilliant service. She has a wealth of knowledge on plant care and is happy to share this is requested, but equally just gets on with her work quietly and efficiently. I have and would recommend them.

I've previously used Urban Planters at a previous role and was glad to be able to engage them again. We have just had our new installation completed yesterday and it looks great! The team did a fantastic job in setting everything up and our employees were already making comments on how good the office was looking with all the plants. From initial contact through to installation has been very good. Our account manager was able to help us meet the budget whilst still providing a good quality display. I would highly recommend Urban Planters.

We were already an urban planters customer. The opps that attend site as always courteous and considerate when moving around site. we was looking to improve our facilities on site to make it a more enjoyable site for the workers. The rep Sam was great and offered lots of advice and knowledge when choosing. also on instalation day the opps who attended were great and well mannered who were very sociable and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent Service & Tom has vast knowledge. He is also very approachable and friendly!!!!

Super service. Urban Planters have been looking after our plants for nearly 20 years now and we have never had an issue with them or the plants. Nick Burgess will tell us when something needs replacing/improving before we have even thought about it. Highly recommend Nick and Urban Planters
