It's great to have a knowledgable and attentive maintenance member come from Urban planters, Darcey is fantastic and the plants look amazing. If there are ever any issues they are done promptly and efficiently.

The guy that attends our site is always polite, courteous and knowledgeable, he responds to any questions we may have, and takes really good care in the maintenance and up keep of our plants. On the occasions we have requested a plant change due to growth, this has been done efficiently with no issues

Urban planters are always professional, courteous and provide excellent price options for briefs agreed with the client. Bethany and the team are flexible and always happy to meet on site. Prices can be a bit on the high side, however their ongoing care packages etc always provide great service.

Samantha is always smiling and advises us on the matter of plants. She always goes above and beyond.

Thank you to Urban Planters (Leeds) for their very generous donation of a beautiful range of amazing quality indoor plants for my primary school classroom. It has transformed my reading area making it both a calming and inviting space for the children to enjoy. The children are eager to care for the plants and watch them grow and prosper throughout the academic year, which will develop their independence and knowledge of living things and the wider world around them. The calming, natural environment that they are now surrounded by, as a result of the plants, will support the children with their mental wellbeing this year whilst also supporting academic achievement.

Excellent service, excellent value and a really personal yet professional service. From start to finish every member of the team have been fantastic. I would highly recommend Urban Planters wholeheartedly.

I love the plants they have installed and there service visits make sure the plants always look healthy.
They come in before the majority of the staff and will always replace plants that are not looking 'happy' - Very professional and friendly at every visit - Great job!
