Used this company for the first time for Christmas trees in December 2021. Great communication on all aspects from ordering to delivery. The teams that worked on site assembling and dismantling were very professional and helpful.

We used Urban Planters to assemble some Woodblocx at our home. Arranging this was easy. On the day, they arrived in good time and were finished about 4hrs later. I would thoroughly recommend their service as it would have taken us a couple of days to assemble this ourselves and it wouldn't have looked as good!

Contacted Urban Planters via the website to arrange an on-site appointment. Local representative quickly got in touch and scheduled a meeting.

Was shown various plant options and explained the various rental, purchase and maintenance plans. Rep offered to send me all proposal options via email in 'a few days' to decide which we would select.

Waited 12 days and didn’t hear anything so contacted the rep (Tuesday) explaining, as I did at our initial meeting, that there was some urgency due to having a photographer and stylist booked to take promotional images of the property for our website. Received reply next day: 'I will have some time in the office on Friday this week when I will be able to send you the prices as we discussed at our meeting.'

Now 10 days later still not received prices, or any form of further contact.

Have read other reviews stating follow-up is poor, I would agree. Have now decided on an alternative plan of action.

Sam and her team have been amazing with getting our offices ready to welcome back the staff. Sam supported us from the start with helping us pick the best plants to suit our offices. They supllied and fitted 4 of our offices in total. Nothing was too much trouble and Sam and her team where a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.
