Questionable Morals, Non Payer
We subcontracted Urban Shine Co (also known as UrbanClean & Co) on a job in Melbourne Victoria, and completed all work to a very high standard. Despite repeated assurances that payment would be made and a signed contract, we have still not been paid after many months now. We’ve had no choice but to escalate the matter to debt collection, which is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. As a subcontractor, we rely on fair dealing and prompt payment, and our experience with this company has been the opposite. We would urge others to proceed with extreme caution when engaging with this company. If the outstanding invoice is paid in full, we will happily remove this review and any others. If review is still up - we have not had a resolution.
