Great company to manage our building! They do lots of fun events and the staff are so approachable. 10/10!

I have been working at the Boatshed since the start of summer, since working here the amount of events that have been provided for our staff has been incredible! When the suns shining there's a pingpong table on site, free pizza events, coffee mornings within their newly refurbished hub! Everyone here is in a big community and the complex itself is really spacious and really nice. Definitely would recommend any company to come and join working here onsite.

I had (and am having) a very positive experience with Urban Splash. I initially contacted US for a flat which was taken. However, I was lucky enough to have Dom McCrory on the case who didn't hesitate in assisting me until I found the flat that was right for me. Dom was available to answer queries efficiently and effectively and I am really grateful as he has gone above and beyond my expectations -not only with the excellent service, but with a great attitude to top it up!

From the first visit the feeling was one of welcoming and being part of "Boatshed family". The facility itself is amazing and the Host even more so. The level of information provided was fantastic and looking forward to spending time within the facility and Host.

I needed a place in Leeds quickly and Urban Splash were really responsive. They set me up with an apartment and application. The application processes was slowed down by some external factors but my agent Dom fought hard to get the place secured and everything ran smoothly from there. Dom was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions and has taken care of everything. A really easy process moving with Urban.

Boat Shed is a visually appealing and unique work space with various sized offices to suit all purposes.

I would immediately recommend to any Business owner; amazing location with great local amenities. Building facilities soar above standard and having access to the Boat Shed “community” is a bonus - I could go on but I say come and see for yourself if you are looking for a new space.

Once we viewed, we knew we had found exactly what we had been looking for. The handover was smooth and considered and we immediately felt welcome.

If you are interested, speak to Lindsay the Boat Shed Host and you can’t go wrong. She is approachable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond for the tenants - which really does make all the difference between Boat Shed and other spaces in the area.

I’ve just moved out of Saxton after 2 and a half great years. The grounds, flat and people were lovely and there was such a good community. I never had to wait too long with maintenance, and Richard was exceptional as always. Dom has been fab from start to finish and always put my mind at ease with any worries I had. Thank you! 😊

Urban Splash is our landlord in Park Hill. Recently, there was a leak issue in our bathroom with water being leaking in the commercial unit below us. They have been in regular communication with us through email and phone, arranging all technician visits and fixings required. There were absolutely friendly and considerate. Technicians delivered a wonderful work, not hesitating to do more than initial evaluation instructed, to ensure long-term solutions and high quality.

Urban splash have been very helpful about our new flat at Saxton. Whenever we had any queries about potential issues, we could message Dom who was fantastic at helping us resolve any of our problems, this includes general queries about the property, showing us around, alongside other concerns we have found along the way with getting a new flat. Could not recommend him enough!

Our small organisation have recently moved from our usual Serviced offices and the transition has been a smooth one thanks to our host Lindsay. The service has been impeccable from the point of inquiry up to actually moving in to the office. Everyone I've dealt with has been super helpful and friendly. Nothing seems like a huge task when every query has been dealt with by Lindsay very thoroughly - thank you!

We really enjoyed our time at Saxton. Not only the apartament was great with a lot of amenities and lovelybcommunity spaces and garden but also Urban Splash team was brilliant. I would like to especially thank Dom, he was very helpful and kind. Dom had helped us with moving process making it very smooth and also assisted with moving out process making it all stress free. Very quick resolution of maintenance issues for tenants, Mary Donnelly was helpful.

I have been a commercial tenant at Mersey House on the Urban Splash Matchworks site in Liverpool for over 12 years. I recently had reason to speak to them - through Maria Katsarou - about rents and parking. Throughout the process Maria was professional, prompt and really listened to me - which isn't always the case sometimes with large property companies I would think . The estate is managed effectively - the building is well maintained, the landscaping is attended to regularly and the newly appointed Estate Manager Marc Allen is very visible. I am so happy with the experience I've had that I've just signed a new 3 year lease. Happy Tenant.
